Overthelastyearandsixmonths,wevereceivedliterallyhundredsoflettersfromresearchersallover
theglobewhoareseekingacomprehensiveexplanationforacontinuumofphenomenaandevents
whichtraditionalscienceemotionallyrejectsasimpossible,hallucinatory,and/orunquantifiable.

Yettheeventscontinuetobecatalogued,withmanyreportssuppressedorlabeledfraudbyorthodox
scientists.Worldwidenetworksofquestioningtheoristspersistandgrowwitheachreport.Wewilltryto
mentionasmanyofourcorrespondentsaswecanwithinthetextofthisarticle.Severalcontributors,
listedattheend,havetrulytransformedourviewofthiswork.

In1200AD.,anewenergybegantomovewithintheculturesoftheWest.Aftercenturiesofobedient
reflectionwithintheestablishedorderofRomanChristianity,thespiritofindividualismandexploration
begantoemerge.The14thcenturygreatplaguesofEurope,inwhichonefourthoftheContinental
populationhaddiedwiththreeoutoffourpersonsafflicted,hadawakenedintheWestthearchetypal
imperativetocontrolNatureordie!

Bythe15thcentury,LeonardodaVinciandthemultidisciplinedgeniusesoftheRenaissancehad
rediscoveredthelostscientificprinciplesofpreChristianGreeceandRome,andhadinventedtheview
pointoftheindividualwithintheirperspectivedrawingandpaintingsystems.

Paintingsandpublicmuralsnowbegantoputtheindividualatthecenterofaworldviewwhich,forthe
firsttimeincenturies,conveyedthenotionthatthroughindividualeffortandanalysis,thepersonthe
viewercouldcometoorderandcontroltheoftenhostilenaturalenvironment.
Thisindividualpointofview(perspectiveviewpointonhorizon)requireddetachedawareness
(standingdistantfromthatwhichisviewed)andaconsummatededicationtovisualdetailandanalysisin
ordertorenderanindepthperspective.Thewritingandjournalismoftodaystillringwiththe
Renaissancearchetypes.
Nowitis500yearslater,andLeonardosmanifestsymbolofindividualviewpointanddetachmenthas
broughtustoviewingvideodiscsoftheearthasseenfromthemoon.Ithasalsobroughtustothe
uneasyconclusionthatourpreRenaissanceimperativetocontrolNature(literallythatwhichisborn)or
diehasusheredusintoatechnologicalmalaisewheremostofourmanmadenaturalcontrolsystems
areincrisisespeciallythosesystemswhichexploit,pollute,ordramaticallydisturbthebiospheric

processesoftheearth.
JustastheperspectivepictorialsystemsoftheRenaissanceartistsbroughtintofocustheunspoken
culturalarchetypesoftheirtime,wefeelthatthecurrentnetworkofplanetarygridresearchers(ofwhom
weareapart)maybeonasimilarpathtowarddevelopingaunifyingsymbolofanewearth:aparadigmas
transcendentoverourpassingIronAgeastheRenaissancewasovertheDarkAges.

Whatmaymakethepropositionevenmorefascinatingistheparallelanalogythatjustasthedriving
forcebehindthecreativeenergiesoftheRenaissancewastherediscoveryofGrecoRoman
science/philosophysowithourplanetarygridtheorists,thedrivingforcebehindmostresearcheffortsis
thecontinuingflowofevidence,bothphysicalandmetaphysical,thattheexistenceofPreEgyptian
civilizationssomewithhighlyadvancedtechnologiesisnownolongerspeculative,butanecessary
assumptionfordevelopinganycomprehensivearchaeologicaltreatise.

Webelievethattheplanetarygridisanancientmodelthatbringscontrolthroughcomprehensive
understandingandnotthroughdetachedmyopicanalysis/manipulation.

TheoldestevidenceofpossibleplanetarygridresearchrestswithintheAshmoleanMuseumofOxford,
England.Onexhibitareseveralhandsizedstonesofsuchtruegeometricproportionandprecisecarving
thattheystartlethecasualviewer.

KeithCritchlow,inhisbookTimeStandsStill,givesconvincingevidencelinkingtheseleatherthonged
stonemodels(seeillustration#1)totheNeolithicpeoplesofBritainwithaconservativedateof
constructionatleast1000years(ca.1400B.C.)beforePlatodescribedhisfivePlatonicsolidsinthe
Timaeus.

andA.M.Davie4havedatedthestonepolyhedratoasearlyas20,000B.C.andbelievetheywereused
asprojectilesorbolasinhuntingandwarfare.

DaviehasseensimilarstonesinnorthernScotlandwhichheattributestotheearlyartoffinishingthe
formofcrystallinevolcanicrockswhichexhibitnaturalgeometry.Hedatestheseartifactstoatleast
12,000yearsbeforePlato(ca.12,400B.C.).

Critchlowwrites,
Whatwehaveareobjectsclearlyindicativeofadegreeofmathematicalabilitysofar
deniedtoNeolithicmanbyanyarchaeologistormathematicalhistorian.

InreferencetothestonespossibleuseindesigningNeolithicBritainsgreatstonecircleshesays,
Thestudyoftheheavensis,afterall,asphericalactivity,needinganunderstandingof
sphericalcoordinates.IftheNeolithicinhabitantsofScotlandhadconstructedMaesHowe
(stonecircle)beforethepyramidswerebuiltbyancientEgyptians,whycouldtheynotbe
studyingthelawsofthreedimensionalcoordinates?Isitnotmorethanacoincidencethat
PlatoaswellasPtolemy,Kepler,andAlKindiattributedcosmicsignificancetothese

Yetanotherhistorian,LucieLamy,inhernewbookontheEgyptiansystemofmeasuregivesproofofthe
knowledgeofthesebasicgeometricsolidsasearlyastheEgyptianOldKingdom,2500B.C.Weagree,in
general,withalltheaboveresearchersthatthecraftingofsophisticatedthreedimensionalgeometrieswas
wellwithinthecapabilitiesofPreEgyptiancivilizations.

Withtheconceptthatknowledgeofthesegeometrieswasnecessarytothebuildingofstonecirclesand
astronomicalhengeswealsoagreeandwouldaddthatwehaveevidencethatsuggeststhatthese
handheldstoneswereplanningmodels,notonlyforchartingtheheavensandbuildingcalendrical
monuments,butwerealsousedformeteorologicalstudytodevelopandrefineterrestrialmapsfor
predictingmajorleylinesoftelluricenergyand,inconjunctionwithstonecircles,wereusedtoconstruct
chartsandmapsforworldwidetravellongbeforetheappearanceofthepyramids.

TakeanotherlookatthefiveNeolithicstones.Noticetheplacementofpointsonnotonlycompleted
intersectionswherehongsconnectbutontheopencomerswherethongsmightbeadded.The
centralfigure,thedodecahedron,hasalltwelvecentersofitspentagonalfacesmarkedwithpointsfor
furtherwrappingaswiththecubefiguretothefarright.Itscornersaredefinedsimilarlybymarked
openpoints.

Nownotethetetrahedron,thesecondfigurefromtherightItsfourvertexesorcorners,whichtraditionally
definefourtriangles,havealreadybeenbisectedbyasecondarrayofthongsdefininganothertetrahedron
overlappingthefirstatmidpoints.Itisourcontentionthatthesestoneswerenotwrappedandmarkedwith
leathertofacilitatetheiruseasbolasorprojectiles.Thestonesandtheirvariednetsaretoodelicateand
complextohavebeenusedashuntingandwarfareshot.

Theirappearancestruckusinitiallyasritualobjectssimilartothedecorativereedspheresfoundin
SoutheastAsiaorasreligioussymbolssuchasthemysteriousbronzeandgoldspheresfoundinFrance
andVietnamwhichsomesaydepicttheancienttextoftheTaoTehChing.

Itmaywellbethatallofthesehandheldobjectsservedsimilarplanningandmnemonicfunctionsforthe
peoplewhotreasuredandcraftedthem.(Seeillustration#2)

knowntotheGreeksbuttoothercivilizationsmuchearlier.

Webelievethatitsgeometrycanbeappliedintwoforms:thegirdedsphereormarkedstoneusedfor
mapping,dowsing,orgeometry(earthmeasure)andthearmillarysphereorcelestialbasketusedasan
astronomicaldevicetomeasuretimeviathesolsticesanddailysunrises.

Infact,oursurprisedcraftsmanwouldsoondiscoverthatallfivestonearrayscanbeoverlappedoneupon
theotherwithdifferentcomermatchingsuntilabeautifulpolyhedronwith121greatcirclesand4,862
pointshasbeendeveloped.ThisistheultimatesinglespherepatternwhichhousesallfivePlatonicsolids
withinmultipleorientations(seeillustration#5).

ThisisthesameformthatwasusedbyR.BuckminsterFullerforhisdomesandinourresearch,wehave
calledittheUnifiedVectorGeometry(UVG)120Sphere.Weconsideritthekeycomponentinour
proposednewsynthesisofplanetarygridresearch.

WesuggestthatPlatosmostnobleframeworkforbuildingtheuniverseisaformwhichunifiesand
supportsalltheforcesoperatingsimultaneouslywithinthefiveregularsolids,thefourprimaryelements,
andtheearth(Gaia)itselftheUnifiedVectorGeometry120Sphere.Wefurthercontendthatthissphere
isthepatternuponwhichtheancientsbuilttheirarmillaryspheres,whichtothisdayareusedtocast
shadowsforreadingthesolsticesandequinoxes.
ContemporaryresearcherslikeDonaldCyr7andSirJ.NormanLockyer,expertsinarchaeoastronomy,
haveagainandagaindetectedinthesitelayoutsofancientstonecirclesandcities,acircularplanof
radiatinglinesdivergingfromsacredcentersatanglesof22+,11+,46+,90,120and180degrees.
Theseradiatinglines,itwasfound,consistentlyalignwithstandingstones,stonecircles,and
sunrise/solsticemarkingpointsonmountainpeaksandcrestnotchessurroundingthesite.

ArelatedsetofanglesintheMegalithiclandscape,23and47degrees,isequallyregularbutdoes
appeartorelatetocelestialphenomenaofthecommonvariety.Inmanycases,theseandtheother
angleslinkonesacredsitetoanothermilesdistant.ThebasictriangleinourUnifiedVectorGeometry
(UVG)120Sphereexhibitsjusttheseangles,atintervalsstrangelycorrespondentwiththosefoundby
Lockyer,andCyrandothers.
PlatohadtravelledextensivelywhilemakingnotesfortheTimaeus.HisvisittoEgyptwouldhavebrought
himintouchwiththehistorian/plannersofthecityofCairo.

lessimportantquestionthanhowaccuratelythemapsmeshwiththebestcontemporaryscientific

wouldanancientmarinerneedtoconstructsuchmaps?IvanSanderson,researcherintothe

unexplained,askedsuchquestionsinthe1960sand70sandwithseveralassociates,hesetoutto
patternthemysteriesbytakingfulladvantageofmoderncommunicationtechnologyandstatisticaldata
analysis.

Hissuccesswasstartling.His1972articleinSagamagazine,TheTwelveDevilsGraveyardsAroundthe
World,plottedshipandplanedisappearancesworldwide,focusingattentionon12areas,equallyspaced
overtheglobe,inwhichmagneticanomaliesandotherenergyaberrationswerelinkedtoafullspectrumof
strangephysicalphenomena(seeillustration#11).
HighestonSandersonsstatisticalprioritylistwasalozengeshapedareaeastofMiami,intheBahamas,
onthewesterntipoftheinfamousBermudaTriangle.Thisareashighprofileofstrangeevents,
Sandersonconcluded,wasmostlyduetotheenormousflowofair/seatrafficinthearea.Otherzonesof
anomaly,thoughlessfamiliar,wereequallyrichindisappearancesandspacetimeshiftoccurrences.

ApilotflyingwithpassengersneartheHawaiizonesuddenlyfoundhimselfinadeadzonewithout
instrumentsandunabletocommunicatebeyondthecockpit.Afterflyingsome350miles,the
phenomenonliftedandthepilotfoundthattowerofficialscouldfindnomeasurabletimehadelapsed
betweenthebeginningofhisdeadzoneexperienceanditsend.
AnotherareaofcontinuingdisappearancesandmysterioustimewarpsistheDevilsSealocatedeastof
JapanbetweenIwoJimaandMarcusIsland.HereeventshavebecomesosinisterthattheJapanese
governmenthasofficiallydesignatedtheareaadangerzone.Sandersontheorizedthatthetremendous
hotandcoldcurrentscrossinghismostactivezonesmightcreatetheelectromagneticgymnastics
affectinginstrumentsandvehicles.

Sandersons,hadoutlinedaworldwidegridofpointsnearlyidenticaltoSandersons12andhadadded50
more.

TheseoccurredwhereSandersonsglobalicosahedronoverlappedtheRussiansproposedcombinationof
icosaanddodecahedron.Thesenewlinesandpoints,inconjunctionwithSandersons,nowmatchedmost
oftheearthsseismicfracturezonesandoceanridgelinesaswellasoutlinedworldwideatmospheric
highsandlows,pathsofmigratoryanimals,gravitationalanomalies,andeventhesitesofancientcities.

ThetraditionestablishedbytheRussianswiththeoverlappingicosa/dodecahedrongridhasbeenadopted
byalmostallgridresearcherswiththeexceptionofNewZealandsCaptainBruceCathiewhoisworking
withthecubeoctahedron(Fullersvectorequilibriummodel,brieflydiscussedinthenextsectionofthis
article).Amongtherest,therearesomecommonthemesinthepredictivescienceofthegridandsome
dramaticdivergences.

MichaelHelushasundertakenauniversaltheoryofharmonicsthathecallsAstrosonicsandis

ANewSynthesis:PredictionsandSpeculations

In1983,uponfirstseeingadrawingoftheRussianplanetarygridinMoiraTimmsbookPropheciesand
Predictions,weimmediatelyrecognizedtheworkofR.BuckminsterFullerwhohadspentalifetime
developinghismodelsandtheoryofnaturescomprehensivebuildingsystem.Therebeforeus,adapted
fromChrisBirdsarticle,wasadrawingofanincompletegeodesicsphereinfact,theexactsphere
uponwhichFullerhadbasedhisgeodesicdomesandmuchofhistheoryofsynergeticgeometry.

Withthesimpleadditionof60lineswhichconnectedthevertexesofSandersonsicosahedrontothe
vertexesoftheaddedRussiandodecahedronwehadduplicatedtheNeolithiccraftsmansmodeland
establishedFullers15greatcirclepolyhedronasakeylinkinthechainofgridideas.Afterlocating
BirdsoriginalarticleandfindingtheRussianworkinChemistryandLite,aUSSRsciencemagazine,we
wentintowhatmanyresearchers,writersandartistscallcuriosity/compulsionsyndrome.
Everythingweseemedtohear,see,read,andeveneatrelatedinsomewaytotheplanetarygrid.Three
monthsafterglancingatthatRussiandrawing,ourlibraryhadtotallychanged,cardboardandstorebought
globeslitteredourtables,andweweredrivingtoWashington.DC.tomeetwithChrisBird.
Sincethattimenearlyayearago,acascadeofinformationfromfriends,students,coresearchers,and

WeproposethattheplanetarygridmapoutlinedbytheRussianteamGoncharov,MorozovandMakarov
isessentiallycorrect,withitsoverallorganizationanchoredtothenorthandsouthaxialpolesandthe
GreatPyramidatGizeh.TheRussianmap,however,lackscompleteness,inouropinion,whichcanbe
accomplishedbytheoverlayingofacomplex,icosahedrallyderived,sphericalpolyhedrondevelopedby
R.BuckminsterFuller.

InhisbookSynergetics2,hecalledittheCompositeofPrimaryandSecondaryIcosahedronGreatCircle
Sets.WehaveshortenedthattoUnifiedVectorGeometry(UVG)120Sphere,becauseoftheforms
elegantorganizationof121greatcirclesrunningthroughits4,862points.Weusethenumber120dueto
itseasycomprehensionasasphericalpolyhedronwith120identicaltrianglesallapproximately30,60
and90incomposition.

AllotherformswithinourUnifiedVectorGeometryuseshapenamesandnumberswhichrefertothe
quantityofsmallestUVGBasicTriangleswithinagivenformandthenumberofnamedformsinthe
UVG120PolyhedronorSphere.Thus,whenwerefertoourPacManpentagonswhichappearedinour

internationalradiofrequenciesforfeartheywilldefect.Thenanexplosion,andanother,thunderintothe
earsofthecrew.

CaptainChunbeginshisradiodistresscall,butinfourshortminutesthelivesofall269aboardaregone.

Inthepredawnskyovergridpoint11,innorthernScotland,the707sguidancesystemcompassbegins
toreadtoanenergizedlinerunningupfromtheBermudaTriangle.

CaptainKimChangKyu,aveteranKALpilot,doesntnoticethebearingofhisplanechangingslowlyto
82.25offhisnearpolargreatcircleroute.TheplanemovesontoaninfillgridlineoverGreenland.Bythe
timetheplanemovesintothenextbasicgridtriangle,apassengernoticesthattheArcticsunwhichhad
beenonhisrightisnowonhisleft.

BeforehecanalertCaptainKyu,aRussianmissileslamsintothefuselage,killingtwopassengersand
forcingtheplanetolandonafrozenlakesouthofMurmansk.AsRussiantroopvehiclesappearonthe
shore,CaptainKyuapologizestohispassengerssayingthathehadfeltsomethinghadgonewrongwith
hiscompassbeforetheRussianplaneshadappeared.

Bothincidents,KAL007andKAL902,werebasedonpredawncrossingsofmajorgridpoints(6and11)
bysophisticatedaircraftwhichthen,unbeknownsttotheircrewsdriftedofftheirprogrammedcourseand
followedminorgridlinesuntilshotdownbyuncommunicativeRussianpilots.
Wepredictthattherewillbeotherincidentssuchastheseoccurringinthefuture,andnotjustoffthe
Russiancoastline.WefeelthatincidentssuchasthesehelppinpointtheevidenceaboutwhichIvan
Sandersontheorizedin1972thatthereisapredictablephysicalpatternofenergyeventsworking
throughthesystemChrisBirdcalledtheplanetarygrid.
Thepredictablephysicalpatternwasdiscoveredinquiteadifferentcontextfromearthenergyresearch.
Whilediscussingthephysicalstructureswhichsupporthistheoriesofgeometry(inSynergetics1),R.
BuckminsterFullerpresentedevidencethatthemicrophotographyofballoonskinlayershas,undernear
idealconditions,producedvisiblepatternsidenticaltoourUVG120Spheresurfacestructure.


Asinteriorgasmoleculesricochetofftheinnersurfaceoftheballoon,theymanifesttheirkineticenergyin
greatcirclepatternsofshortestdistancefrequency.Iftheambienttemperatureoftheballoonsexterior
canbedelicatelybalancedandequalizedthepatternoftheUVG120spherecanbecomevisible.
Giventhattheearthsoriginalformationwasbasedupontheclusteredgravitationalpackingofquadrillions
ofvibratingcosmicdustparticlesandgases,intheearlyeonsofoursolarsystemwefeeltheanalogy
oftheballoonskinisstronglycomparabletothelinesofvectorialenergywehypothesizearetransitting
theearthssurface.OurBasicUVGTrianglerevealsa120thsectionoftheseenergylinesandwethink
thatitistotallypredictabletofinddetailedphysicalmanifestationsoftheselines,particularlyon
continentallandmasses.
ApossiblepieceofsupportingevidencecomesfromtheVail/Cyrcanopytheorywhichproposesa
moreequalizedworldclimateduringtheMegalithicperiod(seefootnote7).Iftheglobalclimaticambience
weremoreregularizedthanitistoday,itispossiblethatgridenergymanifestationswerealsomorevisible
andpotentiallymoreavailableforapplieduse.Extendingthespeculationbackfurtherintime,thedeluge
mythroundinthemythsofvirtuallyallculturescanperhapsbetracedtosome(Atlantean?)technological
endeavorthatcausedapartialanddevastatingcollapseofthecanopy.

Beforethiscollapse,thepolesmaywellhavebeenfreeofice(hencetheexistenceofmapssuchasPiri
ReisandBuache).Polaricecapsmayhaveformedrelativelyrapidlyintheperiodofclimatic
disequilibrium.Inthislight,CyrsMegalithiccanopytheoryiscorrespondentwithourownfindingsin

correspondence.Thisprovestousthatpastcultureshavebeenawareof,andattunedto,theenergiesof

AsecondanalogytoearthsprocesseswefeelcomfortablewithistheRussiancrystalearthconcept,
wherebycoalescedvolcanicmatterwhichformedtheearthsettledinitiallyintoacrystalfor(UVG120
Polyhedron).TheRussianstheorizethatwithrotationandcentrifugalredistributionofmoltensurface
