Management solutions by building them in the Structured Cloud Data Centers run by IBM and built and

Excel Macro spreadsheets, but we were able to utilize our software engineers to move that process to Web

Senior Manager Solution Design Center of Excellence (2009-2013)


The Solution Design Center was created to work with Sales Organization to assist them in the creation of
Statements of Work (Client Contracts) that included all the required resources and the Proper level of
Client expectations to ensure Client Satisfaction. The Business was seeing minimal Profit and a high
volume of client situations because expectations were not addressed properly in the SOW
Reduced critical Client situation projects from 3 per quarter to 1 per year after first year of operation
and improved that by assigning senior staff to early sales stages to ensure deals were professionally
scoped and all aspects met.
Focused on Financial industry in NYC, NJ, CT and Ohio, driving solutions to fit with Mergers and
acquisitions, rebranding, and new business growth areas.
Using IBMs internal Architectural Thinking Methodology, documented the Management Controls and
Change Procedures required to drive reduction errors and improve ROI on Project Deliverables from
10% to an increased 25% in first year.
By conducting targeted recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplinary action (as required),

The Manufacturing and Product development operations across the 8 US locations were run on different
systems and were not connected via any networks and HQ was totally standalone because of antiquated
technology. It was my responsibility to change and bring state of the art networking to HQ, and
interconnect all US Operations onto a single network. This was accomplished in 2 years ahead of my 3year plan, and working with VP International Operations, I extended the network to 18 International
locations.
By negotiating multinational pricing for server / desktop hardware and networking equipment, was
able to standardize on file sharing and common business applications reducing overall costs by 17%
