‫‪The Lout Desert with the depth of 56m below the sea surfaces is a phenomenal‬‬
‫‪desert in Iran (Kerman, Shahdad) with unique characteristics.‬‬
‫‪The “Gandom Beryan” 480 Km², the hottest land in the world (Shadow temp.: 65º‬‬
‫‪C = 152,6° F / Sunshine temp: 100° C = 212° F) is located near Shahdad in Lout‬‬
‫‪Desert. “Gandom Beryan” means “The toasted wheat”.‬‬

‫دشت ريگ سوخته يا تل "گندم بريان " از جاذبه هاي زيبا و ديدنی کوير لوت به شمار مي رود‪.‬‬
‫تل "گندم بريان„ در ارتفاع ‪ 56‬متر زير سطح دريا با مساحت ‪ 480‬کيلومترمربع در شرق رود شور و در ‪۸۰‬‬
‫کیلومتری شمال شهر شهداد قرار دارد و سطح آن از گدازه های آتشفشانی سياهرنگ پوشيده شده که رنگ تيره‬
‫اين خطه با جذب حرارت خورشيد‪ ،‬موجب افزايش گرمای موجود مي شود‪.‬‬
‫این تپه به عنوان گرمترین نقط ٔه کر ٔه زمین از سوی دکتر پرویز کردوانی معرفی شده است و در حقیقت قطب‬
‫گرمایی کر ٔه زمین به شمار می‌رود‪.‬‬
‫در تابستان دمای هوا در اين نقطه در سايه ‪ 67‬درجه باالی صفر و در آفتاب در روی خاک تيره به ‪ 100‬درجه‬
‫سانتيگراد می رسد‪ .‬شهداد با ‪ 24‬هزار کيلومتر مربع وسعت به عنوان بزرگترين و باستاني ترين بخش کرمان‬
‫در حاشيه غربی لوت و در تقريبا ‪ 100‬کيلومتری شمال کرمان قرار گرفته است‪.‬‬
