Division Manager East Europe / Walter Schmiedhuber began his career as an automobile
Distributors technician apprentice. After several years in car sales a commer-
cial basic training followed. 1985 he started working for Bona

But very soon his heart beat once again for the sales field and

after some time he took over the sales management for the Aus-
trian market.
In 1995 Walter Schmiedhuber made alongside his work at
Bona a further training for export and international business
at the university of Salzburg. 1998 he started to establish diffe-
rent foreign markets like Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia through
a dealer network.
In 2000 Walter Schmiedhuber changed from Bona Austria to the
headquarter of Bona, BonaKemi AB in Malm and reported from
then on directly to the Swedish top management.
Today he is in charge of 32 export countries, which he handles
with his area sales manager team Georg Laimer and Thomas
Hssl as well as for the Bona subsidiaries Poland Czech Repu-
blic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Austria. Walter Schmied-
huber has, however, stuck to his Austrian roots. His office, and
also his home are both situated in Hallwang near Salzburg. From
there he and his team manage the activities for the Division East
Europe/Distributors.

Doris Klampferer started working for Bona in March 2005. She

Doris lives in a small village outside of the city Salzburg. In her
leisure time she likes to be out in the countryside doings sports
like mountain walking, swimming and cycling.
Ewald Voppichler has been working for Bona for 24 years. He

the area managers Britta Andersson, Horst Wrsig and Georg
Laimer.
He spend his spare time with his wife and two children and if he
has time he enjoys doing sports like mountain biking, running
and skiing.
Georg Laimer is educated as a technical engineer and started

Georg works very hard to implement our Bona Life Time Sup-
port. This is a complete offer of service, training and support

He lives outside of Salzburg/Austria in a small village with his wife
Andrea and their 4 sons.
Thomas Hssl, the youngest of our Area Sales Managers, just

Sanding
Bona Prime Classic is a high solid, 1-component acrylate primer for

use on wooden floors prior to overcoating with Bona waterborne fin-
ishes. It gives the surface a well-bodied appearance and reduces the
risk of side bonding due to its flexibility.

which have been stained.

riched grain pattern and colour only previously attainable by using a
product with a high solvent content. Bona Prime Deep is easy to ap-
ply with no risks of overlapping, and contains less than 10% VOC.

Bona Traffic is a 2-component, waterborne, 100% polyurethane finish

for the surface treatment of wooden floors in commercial premises or
wherever a high resistance to wear is required. Bona Traffic provides
a clear, natural appearance, giving almost invisible protection when
the matt (IP) version is used.

Bona Flow is a 2-component waterborne polyurethane finish for the
surface treatment of wooden floors in commercial and domestic ar-
eas subject to heavy wear. Its solvent content is only 4% but Bona
Flow still has all the good properties of solvent based finishes without
their hazards. Bona Flow does not cause any yellow discoloration
and the natural appearance of the wood is retained.

The pot life of R580 is depending on the added water amount.
Normally, concrete floors need to be shot-blasted as a mechanical pre-treatment.

When using our Bona R580 (2K) and R860, the parquet floor can already be fixed after 2 hours (please notice the room
climate conditions as well as the residual moisture contents)
