months immdediately preceding the filing of this petition.

2. The parties were married on December 1, 2004 in the city of Roswell, State of New

Mexico.

3. There are no minor children resulting from this marriage and none are expected.

4. The parties have no community property and no community depts..

5. A state of incompatibility exists between the parties and there is no reasonable

expectation of reconciliation.
