ANY STEVEDORE DAMAGES TO BE REPORT IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING TO THE


RESPONSIBLE PARTY WITH COPY TO US STATING DATE/TIME OF INCIDENT AND/OR
TIME WHEN DISCOVERED. PLEASE ALSO ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY VIA TELEX IN
ORDER TO EVALUATE IF PNI SURVEYORS ARE NECESSARY.
