Mr. Tarvainen joined Industrial Power Company Ltd (TVO) in March

license for nuclear power plant and commercial operation of the plant

Previous Experience

Mr. Tarvainen joined Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland in January

1981, as Mechanical Engineer to be seconded to host country Zambia.
1981-1982 Mechanical Engineer, The task involved supervision of central work-
shops of Mechanical Services Department (MSD) of Ministry of Works
of Republic of Zambia. MSD being responsible for maintenance of road
transport and earthmoving machinery.
