contained in this Charter Party which shall include Part I as well as Part II. In the event of
a conflict of conditions, the provisions of Part I shall prevail over those of Part II to the
extent of such conflict.
Nếu đồng ý hợp đồng này sẽ được thực hiện với những điều khoản trong hợp đồng bao
gồm phần 1 cũng như phần 2. Đối với việc xung đột về các điều khoản,điều khoản của
phần 1 sẽ chiếm ưu thế hơn những điều khoản trong phần 2 về mức độ xung đột.
