As it stands right now, Chief Vitiello WILL be attending Monday’s meeting with Hidalgo County but
WILL NOT be attending Tuesday’s meeting involving Cameron County.

We will keep you informed if the Chief’s schedule changes.

This should be the same meeting taking place. Originally, I had thought that Hidalgo County was going
to present to help convey the information, in terms of the steps that needed to be taken. I have since
found out that Hidalgo will not be attending the Tuesday meeting involving Cameron County. They will
only be present for the meeting on Monday afternoon. (b) can correct me if I am wrong about this.

Attached is the Itinerary. Please forward to all affected. Cameron County and Hidalgo County are
good to go. Hidalgo will not be attending the 26 th meeting
