Report describes development and application of a computer program for the inelastic cross-section analysis of steel, reinforced concrete, and composite sections. Concrete constitutive model including concrete confinement effects is proposed. Method is suggested for calculating the confinement stresses for concrete confined inside the flanges of a steel H-shaped section.
