Project: INSTALLATION OF 3 X 2000 AG LPG BULLET TANKS

Location: ALASKA MILK CORPORATION - San Pedro, Laguna

1.] Installation of the following Php 50,000.00

 1”dia liquid line to be connected to tank 1, 2 & 3 liquid withdrawal line beneath the tank (as
discussed during the site pre-bid).
 1’ dia vapour service line to be connected to tank 1, 2 & 3 then to regulator manifold (as
discussed during the site pre-bid).
2.] Installation Cost Php 208,000.00

 Removal of existing cyclone fence (left side if you are facing the entrance door of the tank farm)
 Positive isolation of liquid and vapor line of tank 3 from the present connection, degassing of
pipeline if needed.
 Removal/ uplift of tank 3 (1000AG) from the pedestal
 Installation of new 1 x 2000AG tank to where the 1 x 1000AG tank was uplifted
 Modification of concrete tank pedestal (as discussed during the site pre-bid).
 Modification of the concrete step ladder (as discussed during the site pre-bid).

 Painting of the tank and pipeline

 Pneumatic testing of tank & piping (N2)
 Installation of grounding system and earth testing
 Installation of additional door (same as existing)
 After the commissioning of the new 1 x 2000AG tank, the tank 2 (1000AG) shall be removed and
the new 1 x 2000G shall be installed.
 The tank 3 (1000AG) shall also be uplifted after the installation of new tank 2 x 2000AG, and a
new 1 x 2000AG tank shall be installed to complete the 3x2000AG tanks

3.] Requalification of new tank to be installed Php 162,000.00

4.] Handling/ hauling of old tank from Alaska Milk to Tanza Cavite Php 75.000.00
5.] Mobilization/demobilization, safety & allowances Php 50,000.00

Note: There were 3x1000AG LPG tank existing in the present location and there should be no downtime
on the customer side during tank upgrading. Therefore tank uplift should be one at a time. There should
be NO HOT WORKS inside the tank farm.
