phaân töû MHC cho teá baøo lympho T, hình thaønh
caùc moái lieân keát giöa lympho T vaø APC:
– Khaùng nguyeân vaø TcR coù caáu truùc töông thích
– MHC lôùp I vaø CD8; hoaëc MHC lôùp II vaø CD4
Do lieân keát ñaëc hieäu giöa MHC vaø CD maø:
– Khaùng nguyeân ngoaïi lai ---> teá baøo T4
– Khaùng nguyeân noäi sinh ---> teá baøo T8
