8:30am – 9:00am Pre- Conference with the respective clinical instructor

9:00am – 12:00nn Family visitation and completion of data

12:00nn - 1:00 L U N C H B R E A K

1:00pm - 3:30pm Collation of data gathered

3:30pm – 4:30pm Post Conference and giving/ assing assignments

NARRATIVE REPORT

January 24, 2011

Monday

This was our 2nd week in our community rotation. We arrived at the area around
8am...We gathered and had our pre-conference with our clinical instructor. After we had
our pre-conference with our clinical instructor, we (group mates) did talk about the
immersion and community assembly that well be having next week. Then after that our
instructor let us visit the families we were assigned and finish our data gathering. After
we were able to complete the data, we took lunch break around 12 noon. After taking a
break we did finish our data gathering and tallying..

We had meeting again for our community assembly. We had talked about the
things we need for that event. We assigned who is in person’s in-charge of the food, for
the registration, weighing the children and taking Vital signs for the parents. There were
also assigned for crowd control, emcees and intermissions and giving evaluation after
the health teaching.
