Abstract

EPRA Policy Note 3 discusses the highlights of roundtable discussions with investors
and representatives of the power, water, transport, port and road sectors, and officials
from the Department of Trade and Industry’s Board of Investments and Build-
Operate-Transfer Center. This brief reports the private sector’s expectations and
concerns about PSP, proposals for action and reform, and recommendations and
observations about proposed amendments to the BOT law.
