Contract Terms of Engagement for Mr. Shakeel Ahamed

We are pleased to offer you a position of consultant at GIRPD. This refers

to: Government Information Resources Planning Department, H.H. The
Ruler's Court, Government of Dubai, UAE.

1. NTS agrees to hire you for a minimum period of 12 months. NTS

will have the option to extend this period based on the same terms
and conditions set herewith

2. The salary will be at the rate of AED<8,500> per month

from the date of reporting to work at the Government Info.
Resources Planning Dept (GIRPD) by the <NTS> Consultant
and will conclude on your last date on duty at GIRPD

3. In the unlikely and rare event of your performance not being

satisfactory according to GIRPD’s best beliefs,within the first
two months NTS would give you a notice period of one month
to improve your performance prior to canceling your visa.

4. GIRPD would provide adequate office space for you to

discharge your duties efficiently.

5. All work and programs developed by you during your

engagement at GIRPD would be the property of GIRPD. Any
such records, and copies of work done would be handed over
to GIRPD upon completion of the assignment.

6. You will observe the general rules to be observed by the

GIRPD staff in terms of code of conduct.

7. You will maintain confidentiality about all information on

GIRPD as may be obtained during this engagement. You will
be required to sign up a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) at
GIRPD.
