Si bng : l lp bng bn ngoi v ht, mi ht mang 5000 10.000 bng di : 30 50 mm trung bnh : 25 30 mm ngn : < 25 mm - si bng rng gia to thnh mao qun (KHV) ht nc (loi cht bo thnh t bo lng) - si bng tan trong dd ng oxyd/amoniac cutin - si bng nhum hng tm trong dd km chloroiodid - thnh phn ch yu cellulose 98 %, t cht v c, protein, cht bo.
