I.NH NGHA, NGUN GC, CU TRC, PHN LOI 1.1. nh ngha Flavonoid l mt nhm hp cht t nhin ln thng gp trong thc vt, phn ln c mu vng. V cu trc ho hc, flavonoid c khung c bn kiu C6C3C6 (2 vng benzen A v B ni vi nhau qua mt mch 3 carbon) v c chia lm nhiu nhm khc nhau, y khng gii thiu v cu to ca tng nhm. Hu ht flavonoid l cc cht phenolic. 1.2. Phn t ca cc hp cht cc phn nhm trn u c 2 vng thm, mang nhm hyroxyl vi s lng v v tr khc nhau, tu thuc tng cht.
