Chng 1: TNG QUAN V MARKETING CNG NGHIP


1.1. Khi qut v marketing cng nghip
1.1.1 Khi nim marketing cng nghip - Khi nim marketing: Marketing l qu trnh xc tin vi th trng nhm tho mn nhng nhu cu v c mun ca con ngi. Hoc marketing l mt dng hot ng ca con ngi (bao gm c t chc) nhm tho mn cc nhu cu v mong mun thng qua trao i. Khi nim marketing cng nghip: Cc c nhn v h gi nh c nhu cu tiu dng c nhn hay gia nh gi l khch hng tiu dng. Cc t chc c nhu cu mua sm cho cc hot ng v qu trnh sn xut ca h gi l khch hng cng nghip. Cc khch hng c nhn hin ti v tim nng lp thnh th trng tiu dng. Cc khch hng t chc hin ti v tim nng lp thnh th trng t chc. Th trng cc doanh nghip gm tt c nhng t chc mua hng ha v dch v s dng vo vic sn xut ra cc sn phm khc hay nhng dch v bn, cho thu hay cung ng cho nhng ngi khc. + Hin nay, mt s trng i hc Vit Nam s dng nhiu thut ng nh: B2B marketing, marketing cng nghip, tip th gia cc t chc, marketing cng nghip Trong ph bin l thut ng marketing cng nghip. 1.1.3. Phn loi khch hng trong th trng cng nghip Da vo cch thc s dng sn phm hay dch v trong qu trnh hot ng, cc doanh nghip trong th trng cng nghip c phn thnh cc loi: a. H chnh l nh sn xut thit b gc. im quan trng nhn din ra nhng khch hng ny l sn phm ca cng ty cung ng tr thnh mt b phn cu thnh ca sn phm cui cng do h lm ra. - Ngi s dng: l doanh nghip mua sn phm hay dch v lm phng tin sn xut ra hng ho hay dch v khc, ri bn ra th trng cng nghip hay tiu dng. V d: cc linh kin in t (main, chp, loa, mn hnh, mch) bn cho nh sn xut in thoi di ng. Khch hng ca loi hng ho ny thng l nh sn xut thit b gc, h mua chng lp vo sn phm cui cng, hoc l nh phn phi mua bn li kim li, hoc l nhng khch hng s dng mua thay th nhng thit b hng trong h thng my mc. - Vt liu th: Bao gm nhng sn phm to ra t cng nghip khai thc hoc ngnh nng lm nghip. V d: Khong sn: qung st, than , du th, ng, ch, thic Hi sn: cc loi tm, c, ng vt bin, rau bin Lm sn: g, cy rng Cc sn phm nng nghip: go, ng, khoai, sn, rau, c, qu Khch hng ca nhng sn phm ny l cc doanh nghip ch bin (khch hng s dng), hay nhng nh sn xut mua nhin liu vn hnh my mc. - Vt liu ch bin: Bao gm nhng loi nguyn liu qua ch bin m khng phi l cc b phn cu thnh. V d: Thp cn, thu tinh, kim loi rt mng Khch hng ca cc loi sn phm ny thng l nhng nh sn xut my mc thit b.

- Dch v: Bao gm dch v cn thit phc v trong qu trnh sn xut kinh doanh ca doanh nghip. Cc dch v c s dng bi 3 l do sau: + Cc cng ty cung cp dch v thng cung ng nhng dch v c tnh chuyn mn cao, khch hng thng kh c th thc hin. + S dng dch v ca cc cng ty cung ng dch v doanh nghip c th cp nht v bt kp c nhng thay i trn th trng nhng lnh vc m h khng chuyn su. + S dng dch v bn ngoi gip chi ph thng xuyn, chi ph c nh ca doanh nghip gim i ng k. Mt h thng marketing cng nghip gm bn thnh t c bn: (1) Nh sn xut hng ha, dch v cng nghip; (2) Nh cung cp cho nhng nh sn xut ny; (3) Khch hng; (4) Cc knh phn phi ni nh sn xut v khch hng a. Nh cung cp nguyn liu Cc nh sn xut hng ho v dch v cng nghip cn nguyn vt liu sn xut v thng nguyn vt liu ny c mua t cc t chc khc. Nhng nh sn xut mua thit b, s cung cp v vt liu t cc nh sn xut khc, t cng nghip m, nui trng v khai thc thu hi sn, lm sn, sn xut ra hng ho v dch v.

b. Nh sn xut hng ho, dch v cng nghip Hng ho v dch v cng nghip c to ra bi nhng t chc kinh doanh nh cc phn xng lp rp, cc nh my sn xut thp, nh my sn xut cng c, nh my sn xut nguyn liu giy, cc phn xng ch bin, cc xng lp rp, cc doanh nghip cung cp dch v c. Tuy nhin, nhng vn phng ny khng d tr hng ho, c t nhng v tr chin lc lm c s cho lc lng bn hng ca cng ty trn khu vc . - Nh phn phi cng nghip: Nh phn phi cng nghip l trung gian bn li hng ho trn th trng cng nghip. - Cc i th cnh tranh trong ngnh: Cc doanh nghip ang kinh doanh trong ngnh s cnh tranh trc tip vi nhau to ra sc p tr li ln ngnh to nn mt cng cnh tranh. 2.2. NHNG DNG TNH HUNG MUA CH YU

H l nhng ngi c thm quyn trong t chc. - Ngi ph duyt: L nhng ngi ph chun nhng ngh ca ngi quyt nh hay ngi mua. H thng l ngi c thm quyn cao nht trong t chc. - Ngi mua: L ngi gi vai tr quan trng trong vic la chn a im bn hng, cc iu kin lin quan n thi hn v phng thc thanh ton, giao hng. Trong nhng trng hp mua bn phc tp ngi mua c th bao gm c nhng nh qun tr cp cao tham gia thng lng. - Ngi s dng: L nhng ngi s trc tip s dng hng ho, dch v c mua. Trong qu trnh s dng, h gip t chc nh gi sn phm, lm cn c thc hin nhng ln mua tip theo (nu c). Nhng ngi nh hng mua cn c th l nhng c nhn bn ngoi cng ty khch hng. 3.2. NHNG C TNH CA CU TRONG TH TRNG CNG NGHIP

3.3.1. Phn on th trng Khi nim on th trng trong th trng cng nghip cng nh trong th trng tiu dng: on th trng l mt nhm khch hng trong th trng tng th c i hi (phn ng) nh nhau i vi cng mt tp hp cc kch thch marketing.4

5.3. Xy dng chin lc knh Chin lc knh l mt phn ca chin lc marketing ca doanh nghip, do n phi c xy dng trn nn tng k hoch, chin lc marketing ca doanh nghip. 5.4.1. Khi nim v cc hot ng phn phi vt cht c bn Khi nim: Phn phi vt cht l tp hp cc hot ng lin quan n vic chuyn hng ho t nh sn xut n khch hng. Nhng hot ng ny bao gm: Vn ti, lu kho, qun l tn kho, dch chuyn hng ho, ng gi bo v, x l n hng. - Vn ti: Bao gm cc hot ng lin quan n vic la chn phng tin vn ti c s dng a hng ho n tay khch hng. Cc phng tin vn ti chnh l: ng b (t), ng bin, ng sng (tu thuyn), ng hng khng (my bay), ng ng dn (ng dn du, kh) - Lu kho: Gm cc hot ng lin quan n vic xc nh v tr kho v quy m kho, xy dng kho hay thu kho ti mi khu vc th trng. - Qun l tn kho: Bao gm cc hot ng xc nh lng hng tn kho ti u ti cc kho, thi im, s lng ti t hng. - Dch chuyn hng ho: l s di chuyn v lu tr hng ho trong kho hoc u trong h thng phn phi. y, nhng my mc nh: my nng hng, bng truyn, cn cu, xe ti c s dng dch chuyn v d tr hng. - ng gi bo v: L cng vic bo v hng ha trong qu trnh vn chuyn v lu kho. Nhng hot ng ny bao gm ng thng, ng container, sp xp gi hng m bo hng ho vn chuyn ti ni khng b hng hc. - X l n hng: gm cc cng vic nh: thu thp, kim tra, truyn cc thng tin v n hng. Thng l cc hot ng bo co n t hng, kim tra kh nng ti chnh, xc nh cc loi gi, chun b ho n, xc nh lng tn kho hin c, v chuyn thng tin n cc kho.

5.4.2. 6.2. CC YU T CN XEM XT KHI NH GI


Khi nh gi, cc nh qun l thng xem xt su yu t sau y: (1) Gi tr i vi khch hng; (2) Tnh trng cnh tranh; (3) Chi ph; (4) Mc tiu gi ca cng ty; (5) Lnh o cao cp ca cng ty; (6) Chnh ph. 6.2.1. Gi tr i vi khch hng Gi tr i vi khch hng chnh l nhn thc ca khch hng v gi tr ca sn phm. Khch hng s khng tr mt mc gi m h cho rng vt qu gi tr ca sn phm. Nh vy gi tr nhn thc ca khch hng chnh l mc gi trn i vi sn phm, dch v. Gi tr ny c th thay i vi cc khch hng khc nhau vi cng mt sn phm. Gi tr nhn thc ca khch hng c xc nh bng cng thc sau:

6.2.2. Tnh hnh cnh tranh


Trong su yu t nh hng n nh gi, s cnh tranh c cc doanh nghip ch nhiu nht trong qu trnh nh gi. Nhiu trng hp, cc nh sn xut phi chp nhn mc gi nh i th cnh tranh v iu chnh chi ph t c mc li nhun k vng. c bit khi thay i gi (tng hay gim gi) doanh nghip phi xem xt gi ca i th cnh tranh v phn ng ca h. Khi cng ty tng gi, nhng i th li gi nguyn mc gi, cng ty s c th b mt th phn, thm ch mt ch ng trn th trng. Ngc li khi cng ty gim gi v i th cnh tranh cng gim gi theo th chin tranh gi c th s xy ra. Chin tranh gi trn th trng cng nghip khng mang li li ch cho bt k ai, n lm li nhun ca cng ty v li nhun ngnh gim st. V i vi hng ho cng nghip, cu khng co gin theo gi, do vy khi gi gim, th phn khng tng, li nhun suy gim ng k. 6.2.3. Chi ph
Nu nh nhn thc ca khch hng l gii hn trn ca gi th chi ph chnh l gii hn di ca mc gi. Khi xem xt chi ph ngi ta thng ch n quy m sn xut, chi ph c nh v chi ph bin i. Theo cc

V c bn, cch nh gi da vo chi ph ch quan tm n ng cung ca cng ty ch cha quan tm n ng cu. Ngoi ra, quy lut ng cong kinh nghim cng c th p dng trong vic xc nh chi ph nh gi. Chi ph sn xut s gim ng k khi sn lng tng. Tuy nhin, n mt mc no cng ty khng cn t c li th nh quy m na, khi chi ph li tng. Doanh nghip tnh ton c vi mi mc sn lng th chi ph sn xut l bao nhiu v c th h thp chi ph nh vic m rng quy m ca mnh tng li th cnh tranh vi i th.

6.2.4. Cc mc tiu gi ca cng ty


Thng thng mc tiu gi ca cc cng ty trong th trng cng nghip c quy v ba nhm chnh l: mc tiu v chi ph, mc tiu cnh tranh, mc tiu khch hng. Hnh thc c th ca ba nhm mc tiu ny l 5 loi mc tiu sau: Li nhun mc tiu, n nh gi, mc tiu th phn, gi cnh tranh. - Li nhun mc tiu: Doanh nghip xc nh gi ca sn phm da trn ton b d n u t sn xut sn phm . Trong , cc chi ph u t c tnh ton, chu k sng ca sn phm c d bo. Doanh nghip xc nh mc doanh s, li nhun cc mc gi khc nhau trn c s s quyt nh mc gi ti u to ra li nhun k vng. Gi c th c tnh bng cng thc sau: Li nhun mong Li mun tnh trn vn nhun mong mun tnh trn u t t vn u S Gi (bo m li nhun mc tiu) = Chi ph n v sn phm + lng sn phm tiu th S lng tiu th - n nh gi: Vi mc tiu ny, nh qun l mn n nh cnh tranh, khng mun cnh tranh qua gi, m s dng cc yu t cnh tranh phi gi c. Cc cng ty mun tng th phn c th s dng chnh sch gi xm nhp th trng, ngc li mun duy tr th phn c th p dng chnh sch ht vng sa. - Gi cnh tranh: Theo mc tiu ny, cng ty s nh gi sn phm ca mnh cao hn hay ngang bng hay thp hn i th cnh tranh.

6.2.5. Lnh o cao cp ca cng ty Cc nh qun l cao cp ca cng ty thng c nh hng rt ln trong qu trnh nh gi cho cc sn phm, dch v. Mc d trn nguyn tc b phn marketing chu trch nhim a ra quyt nh v gi, nhng quyt nh ny lun c cc nh lnh o cao cp xem xt li. 6.3.1. Gi nim yt v gi thc t Gi nim yt l mc gi n nh m cng ty ghi trn bng bo gi. Gi thc t l mc gi m khch hng tr cho cng ty (hay cng ty bn cho khch hng). S khc bit gia hai mc gi ny l do cc loi chit khu cng ty dnh cho khch hng ca mnh. Chit khu l hnh thc ph bin trong th trng t chc. Thng thng cc cng ty s xy dng mt bng gi nim yt cho tt c cc mt hng v gi n cc khch hng. i vi tng i tng khch hng cng ty s c nhng hnh thc chit khu khc nhau mt cch linh hot. S dng gi nim yt v gi thc t gip cho cng ty tit kim c chi ph nh gi, trnh c nhng thc mc ca khch hng m vn gi c mc uyn chuyn cho mc gi. 6.3.2. Chit khu tin mt Chit khu tin mt c s dng : (1) Khuyn khch khch hng thanh ton nhanh v ng hn; (2) Gim ri ro tn dng v chi ph thu hi cc khon phi thu; (3) Do y l mt thng l trong th trng cng nghip. V d: iu kin gim gi l 2/10; n/30 c ngha l khch hng s c chit khu 2% nu thanh ton trong vng 10 ngy v phi tr nu tr sau 10 ngy v trong vng 30 ngy.

6.3.3. Chit khu thng mi (chit khu chc nng) Chit khu thng mi hay chit khu chc nng l hnh thc chit khu c p dng cho cc khch hng hay trung gian phn phi khc nhau tu thuc vo cc chc nng m h thc hin. Chng hn, chit khu chc nng c cp cho cc nh phn phi cng nghip thc hin thm mt s chc nng nh trng by hng ho ti phng trng by, hay thc hin mt s dch v h tr k thut nh bo hnh, bo tr sn phm cho nh sn xut. 6.3.4. Chit khu khi lng Chit khu khi lng l loi chit khu m nh sn xut dnh cho khch hng hay trung gian khi mua nhiu sn phm. Chit khu khi lng c th c tnh trn tng n hng c th hay tnh cho c mt khong thi gian (chng hn mt vi nm). Mc tiu ca loi chit khu ny l khuyn khch khch hng mua nhiu sn phm. V d: khng c gim gi nu mua di 25 sn phm; gim gi 2% nu mua t 26 n 50 sn phm; 4% nu mua t 51 n 100 sn phm 6.3.5. Gim gi cui k Gim gi cui k l mt dng c bit ca gim gi s lng. Trong gim gi cui k, ngi mua nhn c phn trm gi bng tin mt cui thi k mua. Loi gim gi ny khuyn khch khch hng trung thnh vi mt nh cung cp. 6.3.6. Gi FOB v gi CIF - Gi FOB (Free On Board): Tc l ngi bn s khng chu trch nhim khi hng ho c giao trn tu hay phng tin vn chuyn (Gi khng bao gm chi ph vn chuyn). Ngi mua s phi chu chi ph vn chuyn, bo him, mi h hng, tht thot k t thi im hng ha c chuyn ln phng tin vn chuyn. - Gi CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Tc l ngi bn chu chi ph vn chuyn, bo him, mi h hng tht thot trn ng vn chuyn n a im ca ngi mua (gi bao gm chi ph vn chuyn).

6.4. MT S VN LIN QUAN N GI


6.4.1. u thu Rt nhiu hot ng mua bn trong th trng cng nghip din ra di hnh thc u thu. Trong quy trnh u thu, khch hng cng nghip s gi nhng yu cu cho hng n cc nh cung cp. Hnh thc gi c th l trc tip ti mt s nh cung cp chn lc hay hnh thc m thu (thng bo rng ri trn cc phng tin thng tin i chng) cho tt c cc nh cung cp bit. Trong u thu, gi l yu t quan trng, mc d cc yu t khc u c xem xt k lng. Cc khch hng cng nghip thng s dng u thu v h tin rng n cho php c c mt mc gi hp l cho nhng sn phm, dch v m h cn. Tuy nhin, khng phi lc no ngi cho hng gi thp nht cng trng thu. Khch hng cn cn nhc cc yu t khc nh uy tn, kh nng giao hng ng hn, v nhng kt qu ca nh cung cp trong qu kh quyt nh chn thu. u thu thng din ra vi cc iu kin sau: - Sn phm, dch v c mua phi c phn tch r rng v mt k thut ngi mua v ngi bn hiu r. - C s lng nh cung cp cn thit thc hin u thu. - Cc nh cung cp mong mun d thu. - Gi tr ca sn phm phi ln trang tri cc chi ph ca ngi bn v ngi mua trong qu trnh u thu. - Phi c thi gian cn thit cho quy trnh u thu. 6.4.2. Thng lng gi Thng lng gi thng din ra trong nhng tnh hung mua hng phc tp, khi ngi mua v ngi bn phi lm vic vi nhau xy dng cc gii php. Thng lng gi thng gp trong nhng trng hp sau y: - Khi khch hng cha bit r cc thng s k thut, cc c im ca sn phm m h cn mua. Vic mua bn phc tp nhng khng th tin hnh u thu. - Khi khch hng tin rng thng lng s a n cho h mt mc gi hp l hn so vi u thu. - Ngi bn cng thch thng lng hn l b rng buc trong mt bng gi cng nhc ca u thu. V nhiu l do nh: ri ro i vi sn phm, dch v mi, thiu kinh nghim, lm pht, chi ph tng, thiu nguyn vt liu Ngoi ra, i vi cc hp ng lu di th thng lng l bt buc.

7.3. QUNG CO
7.3.1. Vai tr ca qung co trong th trng cng nghip - To nn tng thun li cho bn hng trc tip: Qung co cung cp nhng thng tin tng qut, c bn v cng ty v sn phm. 7.5. MARKETING TRC TIP
