    Guardian of Property for family member filed this document as "property owned" by the ward. Obviously, the document is falsified and First Union was not even a bank anymore. This document was filled out October 2002, not filed until March 2003. They show the total of property owned by ward $15,992.51. The house is not listed in the total although there was only $40,000 owed on the house which they sold December 2002 and after the sale Guardian became POA over the house. Furthermore, on other documents, the Guardian shows assets of the ward at close to $200,000.00. This shows that he had stolen accounts not belonging to the ward, but to us. Claims spent $88,000 for aunt's care in 8.5 months. They had her in Carestone in Marietta, GA and the contract was for $1300.00 monthly, the aunt's Social Security Income was $1100.00 monthly, and the inventory for her assets showed $15,000. Rosh's Order appointing the Guardian showed aunt's assets at $24,700.00 When the aunt died, the paperwork shows her assets at $24,000.00. Amazing?
