OLD New ERD all Development systems on ERD 1. If Client want do one weekend (Like ECC DEV,

CRM DEV, BW DEV) then may be need some more resources(May be 2 more consultants) 2. If we go system by system like ( ECC DEV one week and ECC QAS another weeketc). For this we dont want any more resources. I can use existing Consultants and finish the work on time. This is the SAP Best practice. No one follow the 1step. That process is very very critical process. After having discuss with the client next week on Tuesday then we have a clear understanding what client looking.
