Hadhrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam} said: "On the day of Qiyamah Allah will say to Adam (A.S.) to pick out the Jahannamis from his entire progeny. Adam (A.S.) will ask: 'O Rabb, who are they?' Allah will say: '999 of a 1000 are Jahannami while the 1 is a Jannati.' On hearing this the Sahaba were overtaken by fear and they asked "O Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam}, who will that 1 Janniti be?' Rasulullah {Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam} said: 'Do not grieve, the 999 will be Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj while you will be the Jannati."' [Bukhari and Muslim]

My beloved Brothers/Sisters in Islam, From this saheeh hadith we come to know that, only 1 among 1000 will enter into Jannah. And from Sahabas (R.A.) 999 among 1000 will be dwellers of Paradise. So, from us less than 1 among 1000 will enter into Jannah. If we think that, we are going to live like ordinary so-called Muslims, there is no chance remaining for us. So, the question is, are we living like Ghuraba (Stranger) ?
