Gii thiu chung:

Tm s l mt hng tm ph bin nht Vit Nam, c ch bin d dng, di nhiu dng sn phm khc nhau. Hng v tm s ngon v m hn cc loi tm khc. c im sinh hc : Tm s l loi sng ni cht y l bn pha ct vi su t ven b n 40 m nc v mn 5 34. Tm s c c im sinh trng nhanh, trong 3 4 thng c th t c bnh qun 40 -50 gam. Tm trng thnh ti a vi con ci c chiu di l 220 250mm, trng lng 100-300gam. Con c di 160 210mm, trng lng 80 200 gam. Tm c tnh n tp, thc n a thch l tht cc loi nhuyn th, giun nhiu t (Polycheacta) v gip xc.
