Two macro examples of how to use a goal

seek to return a solution without disrupting
the current values on the spreadsheet.

FeedSeek uses an input box to retrieve a

goalseek goal from the user.

FeedSeek2 feeds an array of values to the

goal seek and returns an array of answers.

Is it possible to store the result of a Goal Seek operation in another cell?

eg
A1=10 [Value to be varied]
A2=20
A3=200 (A1*A2). [Perform Goal Seek on this cell. Set target to 300].
A4= [I would like the result of the search -15- ie the new value for A1, to
be entered here].

A macro solution incorporating the whole Goal Seek operation would be ideal
but the merest hint will be gratefully accepted.
