visit the organization, because they only can fill out the survey when they are not

busy , survey respondents was managers/ directors and some of professional

employees who were selected from each department . And I sent both emails and

some post letters (with the detail questionnaires, interview questions) to ask for

making appointment with them first.

IV.6 Sample Size

A copy of questionnaire is attached to Appendix C. There are only 21

respondents out of 39 staffs be selected. This survey was conducted on 1st July 2005.

It took about 2 weeks to complete.

IV.7 Pilot Testing

The pilot testing is to ensure the questionnaire and fixed interview questions

to achieve a high degree of reliability and validity.

The first pre-tests were screened by the supervisor. He help to look for such

things as difficulties with question wording, problem with leading question, and bias

due to question order. All his suggestions made were considered and changes were

making to the research questions where appropriate.

As a final pre-test all measures, a complete questionnaire covering all the

main research objectives were repaired.

IV.8 Limitations of Study

The survey research also has its limitations. The limitations can arise in the

form of technical problems or problem of the access.

The technical problem may arise from variables, such as a very short time

frame, data collection, compilation and analysis of the survey findings.

Problem of access namely mainly certain important data can not be accessed

due to confidentially to the company, they are having negative attitude towards

surveys. For the former, they may not tell the truth, and later either not interested or

not willing to help for such survey that they can not gained anything from such

findings.
