Tin hnh th nghim Bc 1: Chun b mi trng Mi trng PDA( potato dextrose agar) Thnh phn : - 200 gam khoai ty - 20 gam ng - 20 gam agar Nc ct va ln 1000 ml pH 7 0.2 Mi nhm nh : Mi nhm 5 bnh mi trng/ 1 nhm nh Mi bnh c th tch l 40 ml/1 bnh Hp kh trng trong vng 20 pht sau thch nghin chun b cy nm Bc 2: Chn qu th phn lp - Nm rm: chn nhng qu th cn nguyn vn, nm pht trin c t 8-10 ngy - Nm bo ng: chn qu th theo chm mi thu hoch v c kch thc ln( ng knh tai nm t 7 -10 cm), tai nm ko b dp nt hay cn trng n - Nm hng: chn nhng qu th c mu nu mi thu hoch t 1- 3 ngy khng b dp nt hay tn thng. - Nm kim chm: chn qu th cn nguyn vn khng dp nt va thu hoch 1 -2 ngy c mu sc cha b i mu Bc 3: Cy phn lp ging nm Cy phn tht qu t tai nm qua bnh mi trng PDA chun b sn. Bc 4: Quan st qu trnh pht trin ca si nm sau thi gian 1 tun.
