Creating Centerlines in the Drawing Views

1. Open the drawing (idw) file in which the centerlines are to be created.
2. Right-click in the Drawing Views Panel panel bar in the drawing mode
and choose the Drawing Annotation Panel option. The Drawing
Annotation Panel panel bar will be displayed in place of the Drawing
Views Panel panel bar.
3. Choose the down arrow on the right of the Center Mark option and from
the flyout that appears, choose Centerline.
4. You will be prompted to click on a location. Move the cursor close to the
first center point of the hole from where you want the center line to start.
The cursor automatically snaps on to that point and turns green in color.
Select the point when the cursor turns green, see Figure 1.

5. Next, move the cursor to the second center point of the hole and when the
cursor snaps to the center point, select the point. See Figure 2.

6. Now, right-click and choose Create from the shortcut menu. The
centerline will be created, see Figure 3.

Similarly, you can add as many centerlines as you want in the drawing views.
