1. Hu ht chu k sng ca sn phm c dng chung v ng cong ny c chia thnh bn giai on: gii thiu, tng trng, bo ha v suy thoi. Giai on gii thiu: l giai on m s tng trng doanh thu rt chm v sn phm mi c a vo th trng. Khi tung sn phm mi ra th trng, doanh nghip cn d bo hnh dng ca chu k sng sn phm da trn nhng yu t nh hng n di tng giai on. i vi cc sn phm thng thng, thi gian pht trin ngn hn v t tn km hn so vi cc sn phm cng ngh cao. Nu mt sn phm mi p ng c s mong i ca th trng, doanh s s bt u tng ln nhanh chng. Nhng ngi hng ng sm nht s tip tc mua thm, cc khch hng khc s bt u mua theo, nht l khi h nghe c nhng li khen ngi sn phm . Nhng i th cnh tranh mi s thm nhp vo th trng tm kim c hi sn xut v thu li nhun cao. H s gii thiu nhng sn phm c b sung thm nhng c tnh mi, xy dng thm nhiu im bn hng, v iu ny s lm cho th trng c m rng. S ngi cnh tranh tng cng lm tng s u mi bn l v sn lng ca doanh nghip cng phi tng vt theo mong cung cp hng.
