I.2.2 nh hng n metro

I.3.2 Thi k khuyn mi

Vit Nam c lng ngi mua sm quan tm n khuyn mi nhiu nht, vi 87% thng xuyn mua hng khuyn mi, so vi mc trung bnh 68% ca khu vc. Nielsen pht hin 56% ngi tiu dng Vit Nam tch cc sn hng khuyn mi khi mua sm, so vi 38% ca khu vc. iu ny mt phn l do chi ph cc hng ha tiu dng hng ngy ang tng cao. Vi vic p lc lm pht cha c du hiu thuyn gim, ngi tiu dng Vit Nam ang thch nghi vi s gia tng chi ph sinh hot hng ngy bng cch thay i ng k hnh vi mua sm. Theo kt qu kho st, 60% ngi tiu dng Vit Nam ti Tp.HCM v H Ni cho bit kh nng mua sm c trong gia nh ca h gim xung do gi c leo thang. dp c khuyn mi hay mua ti cc ca hng gn nh hn tit kim chi ph xng xe. Ngi tiu dng cng mua vi khi lng ln hn nhng mt hng s dng thng xuyn, nh bt git, du gi u, nc mm, ht nm tit kim "ngn sch".
I.3.3 Cc knh mua sm

Mc d hnh vi ca ngi tiu dng ang thay i, nhng c mt c im vn gi nguyn. Ngi tiu dng Vit Nam vn mua sm nhng knh khc nhau, ty vo sn phm h ang tm kim l g. Ngi dn vn s n cc ch truyn thng mua thc phm ti sng, trong khi thc n nh, sn phm chm sc c nhn hay sn phm sa c xu hng c mua nhiu hn siu th v cc ca hng tp ha truyn thng. Hn 35% ngi tiu dng cho bit h thng i dc cc dy hng v chn nhng sn phm h mun, so vi 8% nhng ngi ch vic "i v nht" hng vo gi. Ngi tiu dng Vit Nam c v trung thnh vi nhn hiu mt s ngnh hng, nht l sa, ru v sn phm chm sc c nhn. Hn 45% ngi mua hng cho bit h s n sng tm n a ch khc mua mt sn phm h bit hay quen dng.
I.3.4 Nhn hng ring chim lnh

I.3.2 THC PHM KH Bn cnh thc phm ti sng, nhng mt hng thit yu phc v cho nhu cu hng ngy ca qu khch hng nh go, nc ngt, hp, bnh ko, thc phm ch bin s n cng l mt th mnh khc ca h thng Metro. Vic trng by hng ha theo tng khu vc ring bit l mt u im khc gip cho sn phm lun c bo qun trong tnh trng tt nht v cht lng v cng to iu kin thun li cho khch hng trong vic tm kim v la chn sn phm. Mi quy k u c bng hng dn nn rt thun tin cho khch hng quan st v la chn mua hng. Quy trnh mua hng v kim sot cht lng hng ha lun c ch trng.
