C. Tm tt ni dung mn hc (course description)


Mn hc ny trang b cho sinh vin nhng kin thc c bn nht v ti chnh ca doanh nghip vi cc ni dung l: nghin cu cc quyt nh ch yu ca ti chnh cng ty, l cc quyt nh u t, quyt nh ngun vn v quyt nh phn chia c tc. Sinh vin s c trang b kin thc v cch xc nh nhu cu vn, t chc ngun vn v cc hnh thc huy ng vn ca doanh nghip. Mn hc cng s gip cho sinh vin nm c mi quan h gia ri ro v li nhun trong u t ti chnh. Ngoi ra, cc l thuyt v m hnh c bn nht v ti chnh cng s c trang b cho sinh vin nhm gip sinh vin c th t mnh ra cc quyt nh v ti chnh.

Mc tiu ca mn hc l: 1. Trnh by cc nguyn l c bn v ti chnh doanh nghip. 2. Hiu c cc phng php nh gi tri phiu, c phiu. 3. Hiu c cc thng s c bn nh gi d n. 4. Hiu c tm quan trng ca hot ng ti chnh trong doanh nghip.

Sau khi hc xong mn hc ny, SV c cc k nng: 1. M t c cc quy trnh ca hot ng ti chnh trong mt cng ty. 2. Hiu v c th a ra c cc quyt nh ti chnh khc nhau. 3. Hiu c tm quan trng ca gim c ti chnh trong mt cng ty v c th gii thch c cch m gim c ti chnh c th mang li li ch cho cng ty hoc ph hy cng ty bi nhng quyt nh ca mnh. 4. Hiu v c th xy dng c mt danh mc u t tt, qun tr v nh gi hiu qu ca danh mc ny. 5. C kin thc nht nh v qun tr ri ro trong u t ti chnh. 6. C th t xy dng cc m hnh nh gi cc sn phm ti chnh.
