Eligible Bidders shall be Banks and NBFCs having pan India presence. Collection agencies are not entitled to participate in bidding process. Arcil reserves the right to conduct the sale process in a manner deemed fit and also reserves the right to negotiate separately with the bidders including for enhancing the bid price in the bid and then conclude negotiations with any of them declaring its bid (with enhancement in bid ,if any) as the successful bidder.
