Accountable for multi-site property management with full P&L for portfolio including services encompassing selection, review, and management of outsourced property management firms. Contractual and monitored services including landscaping, snow removal, janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, fire and life safety, security, reception, mail services, and local and state code compliance. Developed and administered $10M annual operating budget and up to $80 million capital budget.

Liaisoned with buyers, brokers, legal parties, investors, and accountants to solidify building and property values.
