1/ Meo ging cp 1: Giai on u tin a/ Mi trng cp 1: Mi trng cn bn thng dng nht l P.D.A gm khoai ty 300g, Glucose 20g, Agar 20g, Nc ct sch cho 1 lt. Sau khi kim tra pH xong cho vo ng nghim. ngui, lm nt bng qun giy bao nt li. Hp kh trng p sut 0,8 1 atm trong 1 gi. b/ Phn lp ging nm: Ging thun c th thu nhn t nhiu ngun khc nhau, ch yu t bo t hoc t m tht nm. Hoc thn cy m: La thn cy m gi rc ht v xanh, cht khc khong 12cm ch thnh thanh nh, rc b rut, phi nng cho tht kh. Bo qun 1 thi gian ngn khng lu qu d b mt. T nm trn mi trng cp 2 (nh: Xun ng) 3/ Meo ging cp 3 a/ Bao b: lm meo dng chai thy tinh trong sut hay bao ti PP kch thc nh, chu c to v p xut cao. lm bch ti trng dng ti P.E kch thc 22x 36cm. b/ Nguyn liu: dng 1 trong s cc nguyn liu rm, r, tru, mt ca, ci bp. Bp, cm, tt , mi ,kh, khng m, khng mc. c/ Mi trng: Rm, r 1kg, cm 50g, bp 150g, nc vi 1%. Rm r ct ngn 2-3cm phi tht kh, trc khi lm meo ngm nc vi 1%, khong 2 gi vt ra ro nc n khi m. Bp,cm trn nc vi m trc khong 2 gi. Trn u cc nguyn liu, dm p cho mm, xong cho vo chai hay bch. d/ Kh trng: Hp kh trng chai meo v meo bch PP 1,5 atm/1 gi. Hp kh trng bch trng PE 90 100 oC trong 4 6 gi. e/Cy meo: Trong iu kin v trng, ly 1 cy meo b cho vo bch mi trng hay chai mi trng hp. f/ meo: Nm rm, 30 350C, 6 ngy y v s dng 6 10 ngy. g/Chn meo: Chm sc meo thng xuyn loi b meo nhim ngay.
