RATIONALE

This project is intended to help the community of Purok 18. The community needs a proper and safer waiting shed, which is one of the problems of the community because their waiting shed is now unstable and weak. The main goal of this project is to help the community on rebuilding and repairing their waiting shed for it be better in use.

The benefit that the people will get in this project is that theyll be safer in using the waiting shed. Whenever there will be rain, it will not be hard for them to look for a jeep and they will not be worried theyll get wet.

The people who are living the area have an average life there. They also earning an average income. They are not that materialistic because they worry more on their basic needs.

The other concern of the community is their health center. They do not have enough medicines for children who have cough, colds and fever. They are also concern on the light post that is not working. They worry that there will be danger and it is not safe for them to walk during the night.

IMPORTANT ASSUMPTIONS:

The team assumes factors such as weather condition, financial capacity, the teams effort and the feedback of the community for the project proposal entitled OPERATION: SHELTER ME NOW of our team.

WEATHER CONDITION. The weather is one of the key factors for our success in this project proposal. If the weather does not collide with us, then we will have a hard time in finishing the project. It will be difficult for us to work during rainy days. Some may catch a colds because of the changing of the weather from time to time. Thats why the success of this project relies greatly on the weather condition. FEEDBACK OF THE COMMUNITY. The feedback of the community is one the main factors in the success of the team and the project. If they are active in helping completing this project, everything will be easier for us to complete the tasks at the end of the day. THE EFFORT OF THE TEAM. The main key factors for the success of this project. Without the teams effort, there will be no project to be proposed and be completed. If everyone in the team cooperates and be active, we will not have a hard time in finishing the project. FINANCIAL CAPACITY. The financial capacity of the team determines how fast the project will be done. If the is incapable, the materials will be delayed. We cannot accomplish a task within the day. Everything will be delayed.
