R/o___________________________________________, hereinafter called the "Second Party".

The expression of the terms Firs Party and Second Party wherever occur in this deed shall mean and
include them, their respective heirs, sucessors, legal respectatives, administrators executors, nominees
and assigns, etc.

That the House no.______________________measuring _____sq. yards., with the leasehold rights
of the land was held on lease by Sh. ____________, vide Lease Deed duly registred as document
No._______in Book No.___, Volume No.____, on pages
_____ to __________ on dated__________in the office of____________________________.

NOW THIS PARTITION DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

1. That the First Party has become the absolute owner of the Ground Floor of the said property.

2. That the second party has become the absolute owner of the ___________.

3. That the parties have taken their actual possession of the portions as per this deed and there is no
dispute between the parties regarding the partition of the property.

4. It is hereby confirmed that the parties have verified satisfied themselves with respect to the location,
situation, conditions, measurmentsand description of the property with respect to the portions allotted to
each other.

5. That each party shall be free to apply and get installed separate, new / fresh Electric, Water,
Sewage connectio in their respective portion at own costs on the basis of this deed.

6. That the value of the whole property comes to Rs.________ which has been valued by the
Approved Government Valuer, M/s______and is evident from the Valuation Report attached herewith.
The value of each share is Rs. ______ Rs. _________ and Rs. ____________ and as such the stamp
duty has been paid on the amount of Rs. _____________ as two shares.

7. That the expenses of this Partition Deed have been borne by the parties equally.
