Successful students will

Develop their leadership potential, observing and analyzing their own behavior and developing a personal leadership development plan. Develop their ability to work effectively in teams by learning to observe and blog about their own patterns of behavior under the stress of building a project with others. Learn to analyze and appreciate a wide variety of leadership types through two teambased case analysis presentations.
