T ng quan v enzym amylase

III. Gi i thi u v ch ng n m m c Aspergillus oryzae


Asp. oryzae l m t lo i n m vi th thu c b Plectascales, l p Ascomycetes ( nang khu n ). III. Quy trnh s n xu t

Quy trnh
