Dng 20 gam/ln, ung lin tc cho c nm tip theo v dng 15 gam/ln lin tc nhng nm sau n khi lnh bnh. V sau dng khng lin tc 5-10 gam nu nc ung thay tr rt tt. Do v ng nn khi cho tr ung c th thm ng phn hoc ng ct tr cc chng bnh v gan v st xut huyt, st c tnh (ty theo tui m o lng s lng - trong khong t 5-10gr). Mt s bi thuc c cy ch : - Cha nht c sng au: mt nm cy ch trn vi mui gi nh, ch nc chn vo vt ly nc ct ung, b p vo ch au. - Cha bnh chm mn tnh: cy ch v, st ln vt chm, lm lin tc hng ngy. - Cha vim gan vng da, vim thn i hoc vim rut tiu chy: cy ch 40g, m 20g, dnh dnh 20g sc ung. - Cha n khng ngon ming, au bng st, nc tiu sm mu: cy ch 1g, nh ni 2g, xuyn tm lin 1g, tt c phi kh trong bng rm v tn bt sc ung ngy 3 ln. Mt s phng thuc t cy ch kt hp vi mt s tho dc ng y khc: - St rt mn bin chng suy gan: 50gr cy ch , 50gr cam tho t, sao kh th, sc trong 3 chn nc cn 8 phn, chia lm 2 phn, ung sau ba n tra v chiu. Lin tc 4-8 tun s dt. - Cao tui thn suy, tiu mi m 5-7 ln, tiu gt, au niu o: Mi ngy 100gr cy ch ti (nu kh v sao kh th th dng 20-50gr), sc trong 2 lt nc (1 lt nu cy kh). Ung khi kht. Sau khi xt nghim bilirubin v urobilin, kt qu gim. - Vim gan siu vi B cp: i vi ngi bnh nh dng 150gr, bnh nng 250-300gr cy ti cng thm 12gr nhn trn, 20gr hunh b (mua hiu bo ch ng y dc), sc chung trong 2 lt nc cn 800ml. Ung 3 ln/ngy, lin tc 30 ngy va gii c gan (x gan), va gip lc mu, b can, t. - Ph n sau khi sinh con 3 ngy: dng 20gr cy ch kh ( sao kh th), 15gr cam tho t, 5 lt gng gi (5gr) v 15gr tht tri gc, sc chung trong 2 lt nc cn 800ml. Ung lin tc 10 ngy, da s hng thm, tiu ha d, n ng ngon.

Ch rng ca l cy thuc tho, sng hng nm. Ton cy c mu xanh. Thn nhn, mc thng ng, mang cnh nh, cao khong 30-50cm, c khi ti 80cm. L mc so le, lng h, trng nh l kp. Phin l thun, di 5-15mm, rng 2-5mm, u nhn hay hi t, mp nguyn, khng cung hoc cung rt ngn, mt di mu xanh l. Hoa n tnh, nh, hoa c, mc thnh chm 2-4 hoa, dc theo phn ngoi bin ca cc cnh nh, c 6 l i hnh elip, hoc trng ngc. C 3 nh, ch nh hp nht thnh ct mnh. Hoa ci cng gc, dc theo phn gia v phn di ca cnh nh, c 6 l i hnh trng. Bu nhy hnh trng hay hnh cu, c 3 vi nhy. Hoa khng cung rt ngn, mc k l, hoc u cnh, mu nu. Qu nang, hnh cu nh, ng knh 2-2,5mm, mu hi xm nht, xp thnh hng dc. Ht hnh ba mt, hnh trng, mu nu , hi xm nht, c vn ngang. Ma ra hoa t thng 4-6. Ch rng ca mc hoang nhiu ni trn nc ta. Hin c trng vi din tch ln ly nguyn liu sn xut thuc tr vim gan. Ch rng ca cha thnh phn ha hc g? Trong ch rng ca c cc thnh phn flavonoid, alcaloid phyllanthin v cc hp cht hypophyllanthin, niranthin, phylteralin. Cc nh khoa hc chng minh dch chit ca Phyllantus, c tc dng c ch mnh HBV, thng qua c ch c ch enzym ADNp (ADNpolymerase) ca HBV, lm gim HbsAg v Anti- HBs. Cng dng ca ch rng ca Ch rng ca c nhn dn nhiu nc dng tr mn nht, inh ru, cha rn cn; c th dng p ngoi, ung trong; c bit cn dng tr st, li tiu, i tho ng, u x tuyn tin lit, vim m o, kh tiu, vim i trng v cha bnh vim gan vng da. Trong nhng nm gn y, trn th gii v trong nc c nhiu cng trnh s dng cy thuc ny tr vim gan B.
Vi liu 900mg/ ngy, c ti 50% yu t ly truyn ca HBV trong mu mt i sau 30 ngy s dng v thuc ny.

Nhng bnh nhn vim gan do HBV sau khi s dng thuc c ch rng ca, c phc hi enzym transaminase t 50-97%, bilirubin ton phn tr v bnh thng. (Trong khi s dng ch rng ca tr vim gan HBV, cn ch phn bit vi mt cy khc cng h, cng mang tn ch rng ca, cn c tn cam kim phyllantus niruri L., phn b mt s tnh thuc chu th sng Hng (Thi Bnh, Hi Dng...). V hnh dng thc vt, cy ny cng ging nh cy thn xanh ni trn, song cy ch cao khong 5-10cm; thn, cnh c mu ta , qu c mu . Nhn dn thng dng ton cy, sc c ly nc ngm cha au rng li, hi ming, thng tiu, thng sa, i khi cng dng tr vim gan vng da.) Cha nht c sng au th dng cy ch mt nm vi mt t mui gi nh, ch nc chn vo, vt ly nc ct ung, dng b p ch au; cha b thng lm t chy mu, dng cy ch vi vi gi nh, p vo vt thng; cha l lot thi tht khng lin ming dng l cy ch , l thm lm (vi lng bng nhau), inh hng 1 n, gi nh p; cha bnh chm (eczema) mn tnh dng cy ch v, xt nhiu ln vo ch b chm, lm lin tc hng ngy s khi; cha vim gan, vng da, vim thn i , hoc vim rut tiu chy, hoc mt au sng dng cy ch 40g, m 20g, dnh dnh 12g sc ung; cha st rt dng cy ch 8g, tho qu, dy h th , l mng cu ta ti, thng sn, dy gm mi v 10g, binh lang (ht cau), mai, dy cc (mi v 4g) em sc vi 600 ml nc, cn 200 ml, chia ung 2 ln trc khi ln cn st rt 2 gi. Nu khng ht cn, thm si h 10g. Cha n khng ngon ming, au bng, st, nc tiu mu sm dng cy ch 1g, nh ni 2g, xuyn tm lin 1g.
