Are the following Scripture passages counseling?

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God Mt 5:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways James 1:8 Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners and purify your hearts, ye double minded. James 4:8 thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee. Isa. 26:3 But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord; in thee is my trust, leave not my soul destitute Ps 141:8 Let this mind e in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. Phil 2:5 The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.@ Ps. 33:11 Where no counsel is, the people fall but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
