I know I could positively contribute and become a valuable asset to your company. My former leadership roles and supervisory experiences in previous jobs makes me a great candidate for this position. My first role as a supervisor came when I was working at a Hot N Now restaurant. After working as a crew member for two years, I was offered, and accepted, the Shift Manager position. During my employment, I was exposed to many different responsibilities which included supervising a crew of 4-8 people, handling customer and employee conflicts, and handling financial reports. While attending Central Michigan University, I was able to work as a Building Supervisor at the 380,000 square foot Student Activity Center. Here, my responsibilities grew substantially as I supervised a larger group of employees and dealt with a different scope of business. It was here that I was awarded the Veteran of the Year title for my leadership capabilities. As an experienced supervisor, I assisted with the hiring of new Building Supervisors, trained new employees, and worked many special events, one the largest being the Special Olympics of Michigan. I believe an effective supervisor can communicate with his team in a clear, concise manner. I am comfortable with leadership roles and it is a goal of mine to guide and encourage the employees I would be supervising. I realize that keeping worker morale high is as important as requiring the work to be done on time and in good order, and that is what you're probably looking for in the individual you hire as Area Supervisor.

Sincerely,

Emanuele Solito Enclosure
