What I learnt from my mistake

The most memorable experience Check the deadline carefully I have had is our clubs event of More decisive in work which I was the Whole leader. I only checked the work from Be self-possessed to examine the problem team leaders through e-mail and phone, so I thought everything was well operated. It was not until 7 hours before the event that I knew everything was uncompleted: MC still had mistake, media-man was not well up at all, every sections was turn upside-down. As a result, the event was broken totally

Which difficulties you had? How did you deal with your difficulties? (Did you overcome or not? How did you do it?) Situation Last year when I was responsible for recruiting in VietCare Education, I had much trouble: Difficulties Lack of staff Lack of enthusiasm How you dealt with the difficulties _ Met and convinced each person _ Looked for others who felt interested in the project _ I did twice as much work as I first expected At that time, I couldnt over come all the trouble, the project failed as a result. So this year I am planning for a new one. 2.
