RE: Updating Native American digital collections in the Pacific Northwest on the OSU
Multicultural Archives’ resource webpage.

The OSU Multicultural Archives resource webpage provides links to digital collections in
Washington and Oregon, focusing on Oregon African American, Asian American, Latino,
and Native American communities.

The proposal is to update the page, beginning with the Native American community

• The geographical area will be extended to include Alaska, Montana, Idaho, and
British Columbia
• Because the webpage will not be designed and constructed until research has been
done for all of the ethnic groups represented, it will be presented in the format of
an annotated bibliography
• The OSU Multicultural Archives resource webpage is used by students, faculty,
researchers, and members of the general public interested in the subject
• All links must be active and the descriptions accurate and concise.
• Reference books, contact by email, and Internet searching will be used to identify
additional links
• Resources which are not extensive will be included
• Resources which have potential will be included, but will be identified as such
