Rules & Regulations of the TEAM Meta

Articles of Association 1. Membership to the Meta is via allegiance to the Meta. 2. Control of the Meta is by 1 wing = 1 vote. 3. The Meta concludes business via a High Council made up of Wing Representatives. 4. The High Council appoint a leader and a minimum of 2 other representatives to act on their behalf. 5. The Leader and the representatives work for the High Council and have to adhere to their policy. 6. The High Council can by majority vote replace those elected. 7. Rules made by those authorised are to be upheld on the authority of the High Council.

General Rules High Council 1. No member of the High Council can be removed without a majority vote a quorum of which must include a minimum of 50% of the Wings within the Meta. 2. The High Council can by majority vote instruct their appointed representatives to take a specific course of action. 3. For reasonable understanding the High Council are the Directors of the Meta. 4. No member of the High Council can be Leader of more than one wing regardless of claim. 5. Politics within a wing remain the responsibility of that wing and Wing Leader, assistance can be asked for but any offered does not imply a directive from the High Council.

General Rules Membership 1. Attacks Any member that attacks another member must make repatriations for damage caused. 2. Oases Raiding of an oases is NOT considered a hostile act, unless the attacker has been informed of the ownership. Attacks AFTER that date require the return of stolen resources and/or lost troops. 3. Chiefing Chiefing of a Farm village and then defending that village without Directly informing the raiders of the change of ownership will require that person to repay the cost of lost troops, unless the new owner can Prove by reports that S/he had

owned the village for 48hrs prior to the attack and/or had actively chiefed the village (Actively is understood as having to clear the previous owners troops) 4. Forum All Members MUST be registered on the forum and are required to access the Forum on a daily bases. The Forum is considered mandatory as it is where changes to the Rules and Regulations and other sensitive information are recorded. 5. MM rights All members of the Meta must be allowed MM rights unless the Wing Leader has removed those rights due to abuse by that player. 6. Skype All members are required to use skype and their skype address must be recorded on the Forum so that they can be contacted if needed. 7. Active An active player is defined as taking part and communicating with other members. Members who fail to respond to MMs answer Skype requests or in game messages are considered INACTIVE and will be removed from the Meta The Meta does not consider that Silence is Golden Punishments 1. Cheifing - off a fellow member Return of the village and replace losses (this can be by MM to the alliance to send resources. Refusal to accept the terms is the expulsion of the player and the destruction of the Village. 2. Attacking a fellow member. A maximum of two warnings can be given as long as the player replaces lost troops on the third occasion the player is to be kicked. 3. Being Inactive A maximum of two warnings can be given as long as the player makes the effort, on the third occasion the player is to be kicked. (Obviously the Wing Leaders call take precedence on this and this punishment only is considered as advisory)
