A)

Mu trng: mi trng trong sut, cng anh sang n c t bao


quang in c coi la cng ln nht va OD c chinh v 0
bc song o (thng 600 610 nm).

B) Khi trong cuvette co vi khun, mt phn anh sang bi phn tan va khng
n c t bao quang in, OD>0.
Chu y: Chi o OD trc tip nu mi trng dinh dng khng mau hoc
mau nhat. Khi mi trng co mau nu phai ly tm mu, s dung mi
trng trong sut hoc nc mui sinh ly a v th tich ban u va lam
mu sang.
i vi mt s VSV, OD chi tuyn tinh vi nng t bao khi nng
nay thp vi vy chi nn nhn gia tri khi OD <=0.4 . Vi mu co OD>0.4
thi nn pha loang 2 ln.
