Giai on 2006-2011, D/A v D/E gim dn cho thy NLC s dng ngy cng t n
ti tr cho TS trong khi kh nng thanh ton nhng nm gn y kh cao, iu ny
lm gim kh nng to nhiu li nhun v gim gi tr DN. Nhn chung NLC s dng n
t hn l s dng VCSH ti tr cho ti sn. iu ny c mt tch cc l gip NLC t
ch v mt ti chnh v kh nng cn c vay n ca doanh nghip cao, tuy nhin mt
tri ca n l doanh nghip khng tn dng c li th ca n by ti chnh v nh
mt i c hi tit kim thu t vic s dng n.
Nm 2011, so vi RHC th mc s dng n ca NLC thp hn nhiu v cng thp
hn mc bnh qun ngnh. Cho thy nng lc s dng v qun l n ca NLC cn km
hiu qu.
Nm 2006, ch s kh nng thanh ton li vay ca NLC thp v nh hn 1 (0.426)
cho thy ri ro ti chnh ca cng ty kh cao. L do l v c th ca d n thu in vi
s vn u t ban u ln, trong nhng nm u phi gnh nng li vay ngn hng theo
li sut bin i theo th trng khin cho li nhun lm ra khng tr li vay (trong
nm ny, chi ph li vay gp 2.345 ln li nhun thun t hot ng kinh doanh). Tuy
nhin ch s ny tng nhanh vo nhng nm sau , c th tng t 1.466 (2007) ln

Nm 2011, kh nng thanh ton hin thi, thanh ton nhanh ca NLC cng mc
cao, mc d c t HTK nhng li nhiu tin mt nhn ri do NLC khng c cc khon
u t TC ngn hn cng nh di hn. Ch s ny cao hn rt nhiu so vi RHC v cng
cao hn mc bnh qun chung ca ngnh. iu ny c th m bo an ton ti chnh cho
NLC lm hp dn cc ngun cho vay nhng NLC li khng tn dng ht ngun lc ti
chnh to li nhun cao.
Do c th loi hnh doanh nghip, hng tn kho ch chim t trng nh trong c cu ti sn.
Chnh v c im ny nn cc ch s th hin kh nng thanh ton hin thi v kh nng thanh
ton nhanh khng chnh nhau nhiu.

Nm 2011, bnh qun mt 23.903 ngy NLC thu hi c KPT trong khi RHC
l 105.107 ngy. Vi chnh sch bn chu hng ha thp nh trn th kh nng gi khch
hng cng nh kh nng cnh tranh ca NLC cc lnh vc kinh doanh ph l thp hn
so vi RHC nhng ngc li NLC s dng vn tt hn.
Nhn chung, vng quay TSL c xu hng gim dn v vng quay TSC c xu
hng tng dn, tuy nhin mc tng gim qua tng nm l tng i nh. Bnh qun 6
nm qua, mi ng TSL ca DN to ra c 4.599 ng doanh thu. y l mt con s
kh tt cho thy hiu qu s dng TSL ca NLC l kh cao. Tuy nhin, hiu qu s
dng TSC li rt thp, iu ny ph hp vi c im ca ngnh thy in l ngnh c
gi tr TSC rt cao.
Nm 2011, hiu qu s dng TSL ca NLC cao hn nhiu RHC v hiu qu s
dng TSC ca 2 cng ty ny l tng ng nhau.
Tm li, cc ch s trn cho thy hiu qu qun l ti sn ca NLC l kh tt v
m bo n nh kh nng sinh li v gi c phiu ca cng ty.
