I.
1. Tng quan:
Kinh c thnh lp t nm 1993, tri qua 17 nm hnh thnh v pht trin, n
nay Kinh tr thnh mt h thng cc cng ty trong ngnh thc phm gm: bnh ko,
nc gii kht, kem v cc sn phm t Sa. nh hng chin lc pht trin ca Kinh
l Tp on Thc phm hng u Vit Nam v hng ti mt Tp on a ngnh:
Thc phm, Bn l, a c, Ti chnh nhm m bo s pht trin bn vng trong tng
lai.
T quy m ch c 70 cn b cng nhn vin khi mi thnh lp nay Kinh c
tng s nhn vin l 7.741 ngi. Tng vn iu l ca Kinh Group l 3.483,1 t ng.
Tng doanh thu t 3.471,5 t ng trong doanh thu ngnh thc phm chim 99.2%,
tng li nhun t 756,1 t ng.
Cc sn phm mang thng hiu Kinh c mt rng khp cc tnh thnh
thng qua h thng phn phi a dng trn ton quc gm hn 600 nh phn phi, 31 Kinh
Bakery v 200.000 im bn l cng nh cc thng phn phi nhng quyn vi tc
tng trng 30%/nm. Th trng xut khu ca Kinh pht trin rng khp qua 35
nc, c bit chinh phc cc khch hng kh tnh nht nh Nht, M, Php, c,
Singapore...

Ngnh Thc Phm l lnh vc hot ng chnh v l nn tng cho s pht trin

ngi lun gi v tr tin phong trn th trng thc phm. Trong giai on hin ti,

Bt u t nm 2000, Cng ty pht trin h thng phn phi theo m hnh mi. Cc
chi nhnh ti H Ni, Nng, Tp.HCM, Cn Th ln lt c thnh lp kp thi p
ng nhu cu tiu th sn phm ca khch hng trong c nc.
Nm 2000, Cng ty u t dy chuyn sn xut bnh snack ngun gc Indonesia vi
cng sut 2 tn/ngy.
Thng 2 nm 2000, Cng ty vinh d l n v u tin trong ngnh hng bnh ko
Vit Nam c cp giy chng nhn t tiu chun ISO 9002 ca t chc BVQI Anh
Quc.
Thng 3 nm 2001, i Hi c ng nht tr tng vn iu l t 25 t ng ln 35 t
ng t ngun vn tch ly c c sau 2 nm hot ng di php nhn Cng Ty C
Phn.
Thng 7 nm 2001, Cng ty ku gi thm vn c ng, nng vn iu l ln 56 t
ng.
Thng 9 nm 2001, Cng ty u t dy chuyn sn xut bnh trung thu v cookies
nhn vi cng sut 2 tn / ngy v tng mc u t 5 t ng.
Ngy 16/11/2001, Cng ty c y Ban Chng Khon nh nc cp php nim yt
trn th trng chng khon v chnh thc giao dch ti trung tm giao dch chng khon
thnh ph H Ch Minh t u thng 12/2001.
Cui nm 2001, Cng ty lp t dy chuyn sn xut bnh Bng Lan kem Hura cao
cp ngun gc Chu u, vi cng sut 1,500 tn/nm vi tng mc u t ln n 19.7 t
ng.
Thng 4 nm 2002, nh my Bnh Ko Bin Ho II c khnh thnh ti khu cng
nghip Si ng B, Gia Lm, H Ni.
Thng 10 nm 2002, Cng ty chnh thc a vo vn hnh dy chuyn chocolate vi
cng ngh hin i ca Anh Quc. Sn phm Chocobella ca Bibica nhanh chng tr nn
thn thit vi ngi tiu dng trong nc v c xut khu sang cc th trng nh: Nht
Bn, Bangladesh, Singapore

Cui nm 2002, chng ti trin khai thc hin d n m rng dy chuyn Snack vi
cng sut 4 tn / ngy.
Bc sang nm 2004, chng ti mnh dn u t vo h thng qun tr tng th
doanh nghip ERP. ng thi, nm ny cng nh du mt bc chuyn mi cho h
thng sn phm Cng ty trong tng lai. Chng ti k hp ng vi vin dinh dng
Vit Nam phi hp nghin cu sn xut nhng sn phm giu dinh dng v ph hp
mong mun s dng cc sn phm tt cho sc kho ca ngi tiu dng.
Vo nm u nm 2005, Cng ty vi s t vn ca Vin Dinh Dng Vit Nam cho
ra i dng sn phm dinh dng :

Bnh Trung thu dinh dng cho ngi n king v bnh tiu ng.
Bnh bng lan kem Hura Light, bt dinh dng ng cc Netsure Light,
Choco Bella Light, ko Yalo cho ngi n king, bnh tiu ng.

Thng 04/2009 Cng ty khi cng xy dng dy chuyn sn xut bnh Choco Pie
cao cp ti Nh my Bibica Min ng. y l dy chuyn c u t trn c s s hp
tc ca Bibica v i tc chin lc l Tp on Lotte Hn Quc, sx bnh Choco Pie theo
cng ngh ca Lotte hn Quc. Dy chuyn Choco Pie l dy chuyn lin tc, chnh thc
i vo hot ng vo cui thng 02/2010.
Thng 10/2009 Cng ty u t xy dng khu nh tp th cho CBCNV ti Bibica
min ng ti KCN M Phc I, Bn Ct, Bnh Dng vi s vn u t khong 5 t
ng, d kin a vo s dng trong thng 03/2010.
Thng 11/2009 Cng ty mnh dn u t v a vo s dng h thng vn phng
i65n t M-Office nhm nng cao hiu qu qun l v tit gim ti a cc chi ph v hnh
chnh v vn phng phm.
Cho n nay, Cng ty CP Bibica c ngi tiu dng bnh chn l Hng Vit
Nam Cht Lng Cao sut 12 nm lin tc.

cc khon gim nhu Tin v cc khon tng ng tin v Cc khon u t ti chnh
ngn hn chim ln lt l 23,18%, 12,2% trong Tng ti sn.
Vi s chnh lch kh ln gia cc ch tiu nn nm 2010 cng ty Kinh c
nhng ci thin t trng ca cc ch tiu trn, c th l gim t trng ca Tin v cc khon
tng ng tin v Cc khon u t ti chnh ngn hn gim t 23,18%, 12,2% trong
nm 2009 xung 13,34%, 3,21% vo nm 2010; tng ng l tng t trng ca Cc
khon phi thu, Hng tn kho, Cc khon u t ti chnh ngn hn t 19,43%, 3,83%,
0,46% ln 20,21%, 8,62%, 0,85%.
Qua qu trnh phn tch trn, ta thy rng trong nm 2010 ti sn ngn hn gim
xung, s ng hng ha nhiu th hin ch hng ha tn kho tng ln, tng 166,71%
so vi nm 2009. Bn cnh , cng ty cn tng mnh vic chi tr trc cho ngi bn v
D phng cc khon phi thu kh i, tng tng ng l 127,16%, 152,81% so vi nm
2009.
1.2. Ti sn di hn:
Ti sn di hn nm 2010 ca Kinh tng kh mnh, tng ng vi khon tin
972.801 triu ng l 55,98%, chim 53,78% tng ti sn so vi nm 2009 th lng ny
ch chim 40,91%, iu ny cho thy cng ty ang c s dch chuyn tng i gia
TSNH v TSDH. Cng ty ch hn vic gia tng cc khon thuc TSDH ch trng u
t TSC, tng t trng t 15,45% nm 2009 ln 18,61% nm 2010. Nhng ch yu l do
cng ty u t vo mt lnh vc mi Bt ng sn, nn c s dch chuyn kh ln
trong kt cu ti sn gia 2 nm 2009 2010.
** Qua phn tch c cu Tng Ti sn ca Kinh nm 2010, ta c th thy s chuyn
dch trong c cu TSNH v TSDH, theo , TSDH c s u t nhiu hn , trong
ch yu l do cng ty c thm ti sn t mt lnh vc kinh doanh mi. Cho thy c
quyt tm a Kinh thnh Tp on a ngnh ca ban lnh o cng ty.

Qua bng bo co kt qu hot ng kinh doanh, ta thy doanh thu thun bn hng v
cung cp dch v ca Kinh tng 26,2% so vi nm 2009, gi vn hng bn cng tng,
nhng tng vi mc thp hn so vi doanh thu thun (tng 21,9%) nn lm cho Li
nhun gp ca cng ty tng mnh hn, c th l tng 35,6%. iu ny chng t cng ty
thnh cng trong vic ch ng v nguyn vt liu. Chi ph nguyn vt liu thng chim
66 72% gi vn hng bn. Nguyn vt liu chnh u vo cho sn xut ca KDC ch yu
l sa, b, ng, bt m.
Tuy nhin, chi ph bn hng ca Kinh li c s gia tng mnh m, tng 111,70%
tng ng vi lng tin l 183.414 triu ng cng vi s gia tng ca Chi ph qun l
doanh nghip, tng 26,36% tng ng vi lng tin l 29.545 triu ng. Chi ph bn
hng ca KDC gm cc khon tr hoa hng cho cc nh phn phi, i l bn hng, nhng
ngi thanh ton trc tin hng v c doanh thu bn hng cao, chi ph pht trin thng
hiu. Chi ph ny trung bnh thng chim 8 9% doanh thu. S d chi ph bn hng tng
do doanh nghip tng chi ph u t cho hot ng pht trin thng hiu v khon tr hoa
hng cho cc i l phn phi cng gia tng cng vi vic m rng h thng phn phi. So
vi cc doanh nghip cng ngnh, mc chi ph bn hng ca KDC l hp l.

vi nm 2009, nguyn nhn l do khon chi ph d phng gim gi u t tng v chi ph

Tuy nhin cng ty vn c khong li nhun thun t HKD tng 107,53% l do thu nhp
t hot ng ti chnh tng rt mnh, tng 823,2% tng ng vi lng tin l 622.381
triu ng. Nhng cui cng Li nhun rng vn gim nh khong 0,007%, nguyn nhn
l do Thu Thu nhp doanh nghip phi np tng 93,2%, nhanh hn hn tc tng ca
Li nhun k ton trc thu l 17,77%.
*** Qua phn tch trn, ta nhn thy rng Cng ty Kinh nm trong s t cc cng
ty trong ngnh duy tr mc tng trng li nhun m vn c s st gim phn trm cc loi
chi ph. C cu doanh thu v chi ph ca Kinh c xem l kh tt so vi cc cng ty
cng ngnh khc.
1.6. Phn tch cc thng s ti chnh:
Ch tiu ti chnh ca doanh nghip l mt ch s m cc nh u t rt quan tm do
cc ch tiu ny phn nh c th tnh hnh sc khe ca doanh nghip, c bit i vi
doanh nghip sn xut kinh doanh m hot ng u t c m rng nh Kinh .

Vng quay khon phi thu th hin hiu qu ca chnh sch tn dng m doanh
nghip p dng vi nhng bn hng ca mnh. H s vng quay cc khon phi thu cng
ln chng t tc thu hi n ca doanh nghip cng nhanh, kh nng chuyn i t n
sang tin mt phc v sn xut kinh doanh cng nhanh. H s khon phi thu ca Kinh
c xu hng gim trong 2 nm 2009 2010, trong cc khon phi thu t khch hng c
xu hng tng kh mnh t 127 t ln 165 t v cc khon phi thu khc cng tng kh
mnh t 664 t ln 777 t. iu c bit phn ln cc bn hng ca Kinh nh Tribeco,
Kinh min Bc, Kido v cng ty Thc phm Kinh Si Gn. Nghip v ch yu ca
Kinh v cc bn hng ca mnh l mua bn thnh phm, nguyn vt liu, cng c phc
v sn xut. Vic p dng chnh sch tn dng m rng hn i vi cc doanh nghip trong
ni b tp on l iu hon ton d hiu. Tuy nhin i vi mt doanh nghip m khon
phi thu chim khong 30% ti sn lu ng v u t ngn hn th vic chm thu hi
cng n s nh hng nhiu ti vic xoay vng vn lu ng ca doanh nghip.
** Hng tn kho:
C s st gim mnh trong ch tiu s vng quay hng tn kho trong 2 nm, nm
2010 cng ty KDC quay c 3 vng hng tn kho, gim mt na so vi nm 2009, hng
tn kho quay cng chm th vn lu kho cng cao, dn n kh nng y mnh sn xut
kinh doanh cng chm.

Qua phn tch Ti sn di hn ca 4 cng ty, ta nhn thy rng Kinh l cng ty c
hot ng kinh doanh a dng hn (u t vo lnh vc bt ng sn) v c cc khon u
t di hn, iu ny s gip cng ty c li tc di hn phc v cho nhu cu vn cho cng
ty.
So vi 2 cng ty trn th cng ty Bnh ko Hi H c s khc bit kh ln, ti sn
ngn hn nm 2010 ca Hi H tng ch khng gim, c th l tng 25,17% so vi nm
2009, ko theo s gia tng t trng ca ti sn ngn hn trong tng ti sn, chim t
65,17% nm 2009 ln 69,92% trong nm 2010. S gia tng ny ch yu l do Tin v cc
khon tng ng tin tng 44,18% v hng tn kho tng 42,24%.
Ging vi Hi H, cng ty c phn ng Bin Ha cng c s gia tng v ti sn
ngn hn, tng 16,3% so vi nm 2009, nguyn nhn ch yu l do lng tch ly hng tn
kho tng 48,67%.
Ti sn di hn nm 2010 ca Bibica tng nh khong 8% v cng tng t trng so
vi tng ti sn t 53,65% ln 56,07%. S gia tng ny ch yu l do cng ty u t ln
vo ti sn c nh nm 2010, tng n 119% so vi nm 2010.
Tnh hnh ti sn di hn ti Hi H hu nh khng c bin ng g ln. Cn Cng ty
c phn ng Bin Ha c ti sn di hn nm 2010 tng 45.054 triu ng, tng ng l
tng 12,8%. im ng lu l BHS c s u t nhiu hn vo khon mc Ti sn di
hn khc, nhng do khng chim t trng nhiu nn khng gy nn s bin ng ln ch
tiu Ti sn di hn.
N phi tr ca Kinh v Bibica c xu hng gim xung, cn hai cng ty cn li
th c chiu hng ngc li.

Cng ty Bibica c doanh thu thun tng 26%, Gi vn hng bn tng 31%, tc

tng Li nhun gp, c th l tng 13% tng ng vi lng tin 23.714 triu ng. Do
cc chi ph hot ng ti chnh, chi ph bn hng, chi ph qun l doanh nghip tng ln
lt l 29%, 28%, 7% m thu nhp t cc hot ng ti chnh li gim mnh khong 49%

nn lm Li nhun thun gim 38%; nhng nh thu nhp khc tng 114% nn Li nhun
rng gim 27% so vi nm 2009.
Tng doanh thu ca Hi H tng 15,31% so vi nm 2009, tc tng doanh thu
thun v gi vn hng bn gn nh tng ng nhau nn (15,04% v 16,94%) nhng cc
khon gim tr li tng kh ln khong 84,15% nn lm cho Li nhun gp c tng nhng
rt t, khong 5,29%. Cc khon chi ph cng gia tng lm cho li nhun thun t HKD
gim 8%, ko theo Li nhun rng gim 7,15% so vi nm 2009.
Cng ty ng Bin Ha c s gia tng hu ht cc khon mc nhng vi tc
khng u nhau; cui cng Li nhun rng tng 21,47% so vi nm 2009.

Cc ch s thanh ton nhanh v thanh ton hin thi ca KDC c ci thin v duy
tr mc kh tt (ln hn 1,5 ln) so vi cc doanh nghip cng ngnh c bit l nm

532 t v 331 t). Do vy, theo nhm chng ti, so vi mt bng chung ca cc doanh
nghip trong ngnh, h s thanh ton nhanh ca KDC l tt nht khi s vn tn li trong
hng tn kho qua cc nm kh cao (trung bnh l khong 300 t trong 2 nm 2009 2010
con s cao nht so vi cc doanh nghip trong ngnh). H s thanh ton tin mt cng
