Dear Smartcom company! I am a Smartcomer in class 6.2.3. I have some complains and suggestions for your company today.

First, I think that Smartweb very useful. It helps us to deep in English. But after a hard working day in my school, it is so difficult to enjoin it as more as you suggest. More and more, sometime it has errors. We can not sign in it. Secondly, you advertise that: our teachers have a lot of experience in teaching, but as I know, only some of them have. For example, Mr Duc, Mr Ky, Mr Ben.the others: Nguyen Phuong Hong, Mr Tuan, Mr Tony, Miss Kim Chi are only sudents or they just graduate university. Mr Tony is an engineer. He has no experience in teaching except he is a native speaker. We want to improve our kill and pronunciation, not only talk with native speaker. Their lesson are so boring and we hardly improve somethings. I know that you knew some students in my class have many complains about your company as well as quality of teaching. You should face that in our test, most of us choose result by random. And you can see it so clear. I heard about your company and a test lesson of Mr Duc. It is so interesting but only in Mr Duc lesson and advertise. In the fact, we enjoined the A.E 6 anf I fell very disappointed. After 3 months, I feel that I do not have really progress. Althought Your Company has interesting lesson how to make a reseach, we have no more lesson with true document as you said before. I hope your company changing and doing as same as your advertise, not only talk as for fun. Thank you
