Congratulations , You have successfully completed the online aptitude test conducted for ICICI Bank Probationary Officer Recruitment.

On subsequent successes , we invite you to participate in the final round of selection process .

(Please read the full mail carefully so that you do not miss out any important instructions.)

A. The Selection Process would include three sub steps :

1.

Online Personality Profiling : All the applicants shortlisted after aptitude test will have to undergo an Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) assessment . This assessment is mandatory and is to be completed within 5 days of the receipt of this email. OPQ assessment is designed to understand the personality trait of an applicant and is not a rejection process. No applicant will be entertained in the GD/PI Process if the OPQ is not completed.

(The details on how to take this questionnaire is given in section E)

Group Discussion : All the applicants shortlisted after aptitude test will appear for Case Study based Group Discussion (GD) process. (Dates and schedule is mentioned below). GD process is designed to assess applicants on group cohesiveness and analytical skills .

3.

Personal Interview : Applicants shortlisted after GD process will undergo a personal interview process on that day itself .

E. Instructions to Occupational Personality Questionnaire:

You are required to complete an online Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) before you appear for the GD-PI. The details for the same are as follows:

Once you have logged in, system would display a Computer Check.

Next page would ask you to select the Country. Select your country and click on Continue

Following page would display a Data Protection Notice, asking you to agree or disagree with its terms and
conditions. Click on continue to proceed further.

Once you accept the terms and conditions, system will prompt you to provide your Personal Details.

a. During registration you would need to enter your first name, last name (please put your

date of birth after your last name in ddmmyy form. Eg if applicants last name is Mittal and date of birth is 23/11/1984 then last name has to be entered as mittal231184 and e-mail address and select appropriate gender.

Personality Assessment page- Click on Take Assessment link to start questionnaire.

Questionnaire in not time bound. However, it would be advisable to complete the assessment within 25 minutes.

Clear instructions are given at the outset of the exercise - Please read them completely. The questionnaire consists of 104 questions each having 3 statements - out of which you must choose one statement which is most like you and one that is least like you.

Unless you select one most likely and one least likely answer, system will not allow you to go to next page. Also system will not allow going back and changing the answers. Please put yourself in a work situation while answering the questions and not social settings.

Please answer as truthfully and consistently with your feelings. There are inbuilt checks in the questionnaire to detect faked results. Do not ponder too long on questions and try to guess what ICICI Bank will be looking for.

There are no right or wrong answers. We would advise you to go with your first instincts and respond spontaneously.

Please ensure there are no distractions while you are taking the OPQ and complete it in one sitting. There should be no breaks while responding to the questionnaire.

Finally, at the end of the assessment, please ensure to click on Finish Tab and Logout.
