Action plan to respond to climate change and sea level rise in Da Nang city to enhance responsive capacity over the years 2011-2015, with orientation to 2020, in order to: Ensure that the community is resilient to climate change. Ensure that sectors and levels of authorities can direct and instruct the implementation of the action plan Enhance science and technology, and specific measures to respond to climate change. Integrate climate change responsive actions into socioeconomic development programs and plans. Promote international cooperation.
