Chun b gia v cho khong 500 gram tht:
- 50gr m gy heo (l loi m nm gy, lng con heo, dng ming sn chc hay dng ct
ming nh nu cho ra m nc, phn bit vi m sa, m chi... l m dng ming mm,
mng mng) bm nh.( Nu khng tm c tht m, th c th th vo 100 tht ba chc ( tht

3. Tht b:

Thc hin:
Chn ming tht b bp nh va, tht trong, cm dnh tay l tht mm. V nh ra sch, tch
b nhng phn m tha bao bm quanh bp ri ct thnh lt trn mng dy chng 1-2 cm.
