2. CONCLUSSION An operation centre will be set up at all sites to coordinate all activities including communications and any media liaison that need to be done. All sites will be branded in order to make the presence of the Free State Provincial Government visible in the area. Two hundred volunteers will be on site on both days to lend a hand in this noble activity. Most of the volunteers have been secured from Virginia with the help of the Municipality with few coming from the Department, UFS and a performing group in Bloemfontein. DETEA will provide transport for volunteers from Bloemfontein and around Virginia where it is necessary. Allocation of the workforce will be done in such a way that all volunteers find the opportunity to do meaningful work and are rotated in such a way that they get to work in all areas that need to be attended to. Every effort will be made to ensure that all material is used on site and wastage is minimized.
